Absolute nightmare of an experience. Took seven weeks for the wallpaper to arrive, it arrived wrong despite clear instructions sent in three emails and it was simple job. Poorly customer service, not responsive to queries, endless wrong samples, dithering etc. The response to the wrong paper has been appalling. They have refused to replace and eventually agreed to give a refund, which actually turned out a part refund! Very dishonest. Taking the issue up with credit card company so more pain. 5 month of hell and still counting. Use this company at your peril.
