DCEM2100 Dual Pass Opacity / Dust Monitor
The DCEM2100 dust monitor provides a continuous measurement of opacity or dust concentration in flue gases by continuously measuring the transmissivity of visible light across a process duct or stack.
Its dual-pass optical arrangement is based on twin transmissometers measuring in opposing directions through the same section of the gas stream, providing not only an accurate average of the dust loading, but also providing a unique dynamic assessment of any misalignment errors due to stack movement.

EnergyTech 301 Tribo Electric Dust Monitor
The EnergyTech 301 is a low cost dust monitor using well-proven tribo electric technology providing accurate and rapid results. The EnergyTech 301 requires no critical alignment and has no optical surfaces to keep clean. The sensor is easy to install, requiring only a simple probe and is ideal for small duct sizes.
Minimal maintenance is required, infrequent probe cleaning and low installation costs make this technology extremely attractive for dust collector monitoring.

EnergyTech 101 Single Pass Opacity / Dust Monitor
The EnergyTech 101 Opacity Monitors consist of a visible light transmitter and receiver arrangement with digital data processing in a local display unit.
The monitors can display data in either opacity, extinction or dust density in mg/m3 or normalised dust density in mg/Nm3. The EnergyTech 101 possesses four analogue inputs for normalisation data, temperature, oxygen, pressure and water vapour.

VCEM5100 Gas Velocity Monitor
The VCEM 5000/5100 represents the latest generation of CODEL’s unique flow monitors. These systems measure the velocity of stack gases using a highly accurate time of flight measurement that is derived from a cross correlation analysis of the infra-red emissions of the turbulent gas.
Two robust infrared detectors are used for the prime sensing, mounted on the stack or duct typically 1m apart in the direction of flow. High efficiency air curtains are fitted to considerably exten the time between maintenance and periods and window cleaning (typically 1 year).

GCEM40 Single or Multi-Channel In-situ Flue Gas Analyser
The GCEM40 series is the latest generation of CODEL’s world renowned in-situ monitors. Our development, knowledge and practical experience have been utilised to produce this advanced technology gas analyser which gives complete flexibility of use on process or emissions applications whilst delivering superb accuracy and repeatability at a very competitive price.
Designed for use primarily on combustion processes, the GCEM40 series measures key pollutants such as CO, NO, NOx, SO2, CH4, CO2 and H2O using an infra-red spectroscopy to ensure that there is no cross sensitivity from other contaminants in the gas stream.

GCEM40E Extractive Gas Analyser
The GCEM40E hot extractive multi-channel gas analyser is CODEL’s industry-proven continuous emissions monitor for difficult applications. Designed exclusively for use on a wide range of applications where the flue gas temperature is abnormally high, low or saturated.
Three decades of development, knowledge and practical experience have been utilised to produce this advanced technology gas analyser which gives complete flexibility of use on process or emissions applications whilst delivering superb accuracy and repeatability at a competitive price.

EnergyTech 501 Ambient Dust Monitor
The EnergyTech 501 Ambient Dust Monitor, is an essential part of any application where ambient dust is present such as coal handling, processing and storage. By monitoring the ambient visibility of the handling processes the EnergyTech 501 provides an alarm output for use in containment control.
Fully configurable analogue and alarm outputs are exportable to the plant data acquisition system to provide real-time visibility data. This data is also exported via the RS 485 serial port along with the temperature data. This link delivers MODBUS RTU encoded data to a SCADA system located in the plant control centre and/or a local display module. In addition, the IP65 rated enclosure are coated to resist attack from harsh and aggressive atmospheres. In areas where extremely low temperatures may be experienced, optional transmitter and receiver insulation jackets are available to reduce the effect.

Dustroid Ambient Dust Monitor
Dustroid is an Online Particulate Monitoring system to measure the concentration of dust particles in the ambient air. It is capable of monitoring various particulate size ranging from 1 micron to 100 microns such as Ultrafine Suspended Particulate Matter (UFPM), Suspended Particulate Matter (SPM), Respiratory Suspended Particulate Matter (RSPM) and Total Suspended Particulates (TSP). It works on Active Sampling method to count particulate matters using a highly accurate laser beam.

EnergyTech 201 CO Analyser (EC CELL)
The early detection of coal fires in coal handling systems on coal fired power stations is essential to prevent catastrophic damage to expensive plant and serious injury to personnel.
The most reliable and accurate method of detecting coal fires or smouldering is to monitor the carbon monoxide levels within the coal handling plant areas such as silos and mills and to detect rapid increases in concentration.
The CODELEnergyTech 201 samples the gas from the critical area through a steel sintered filter mounted in the wall of the chamber. This removes the need for intrusive sampling probes which are prone to wear and are expensive to replace.

EnergyTech 203 CO & O2 Analyser (EC & IR)
The EnergyTech 203 O2 and CO analyser is the ideal equipment for fine tuning the air / combustible proportions in a way to improve process efficiency without compromising safety.
Combustion efficiency is determined by low-level oxygen excess in the flue gas and is limited by the production of hazardous combustible gas (mainly CO) at low oxygen concentrations. It is thus crucial to control the O2 excess concentration as well a the amount of combustible gas in the flue gas to optimise combustion.
Thanks to the CODEL infrared and zirconia technology, the analyser provides both oxygen concentration and an accurate measurement of CO in the flue gas

EnergyTech 601 Flue Gas Flow Monitor

TunnelTech 101 Visibility Monitor
The TunnelTech 101 Visibility Monitor (VIS) is an essential part of any road or rail tunnel safety system. Firstly, it monitors the visibility within the tunnel and ensures that the tunnel ventilation system provides sufficient clean air for drivers to clearly see the road ahead.
Secondly, used in combination with other TunnelTech 101 VIS monitors, the operator can quickly detect the focus of the fire if it is also equipped with the optional PT100 temperature sensor to accurately measure ambient air temperature in a range of -15 to 105°C.

EnergyTech 102 Cold Smoke Analyser
The TunnelTech 102 Cold Smoke Monitor is an essential part of any road or rail tunnel safety system. The CODEL CSM detects smoke from a fire to rapidly warn the operator of the hazard.
Secondly, used in combination with other TunnelTech 101 VIS monitors, the operator can quickly detect the focus of the fire if it is also equipped with the optional PT 101 temperature sensor to accurately measure ambient air temperature in a range of -15 to 105°C.

The TunnelTech 201 Air Quality Monitor is an essential part of any road or rail tunnel safety system. Firstly, it monitors the atmosphere within the tunnel and ensures that the tunnel ventilation system provides sufficient clean air to protect tunnel users health and for drivers to clearly see the road ahead.
The TunnelTech 201 analyser uses well proven infra-red techniques to determine CO and NO concentrations and optical attenuation to monitor visibility levels. As there is only one moving part, reliability levels are very high and maintenance requirements are extremely low.

TunnelTech 205 NO2 Monitor
The TunnelTech 205 NO2 Air Quality Monitor is a highly efficient transmissometer configured for the continuous measurement of Nitrogen Dioxide in road tunnel atmospheres.
This extremely stable and reliable monitor incorporates a high-power blue LED to utilise the capacity of nitrogen dioxide to absorb UV and blue light to provide accurate readings in parts per billion.
NO2 is produced naturally by the combustion processes within the internal combustion engine and is emitted from the exhausts of all types of vehicles.

TunnelTech 305 Air Flow Monitor
The TunnelTech 305 Air Flow Monitor, is an essential part of any road or rail tunnel safety system. Firstly, it monitors the air flow measurement as well as the direction of flow inside the tunnel and ensures that the tunnel ventilation system provides sufficient clean air to protect tunnel users health and for drivers to clearly see the road ahead.
The TunnelTech 305 uses dual path ultrasonic technology to ensure high accuracy and having no moving parts, reliability levels are very high and maintenance requirements are very low. The sensor is constructed using stainless steel for ultimate protection against the harsh environments found in tunnels.
Fully configurable analogue and alarm outputs are provided. An RS485 link can be utilised to deliver via MODBUS protocol to a SCADA system located in the tunnel control centre.

TunnelTech 601 Luminance Monitor
The TunnelTech 601 Luminance photometer monitors the average luminance of a tunnel entrance and its surroundings. In accordance with Commission Internationale de l´Eclairage, (C.I.E.), publication 88, 1990 recommendations, the photometer monitors the average luminance within a 20 degree angle over a standard range of 0 − 6,500 cd/m2.
The detector is a metal/glass encased silicon diode photocell which is filtered to give a response that mimics the performance of the human eye. The detector is perfectly linear within its measuring range and has an instantaneous response to changing light levels.
