S35 Trio Gantry Exhibition Stands
Our range of exhibition gantry and lighting truss systems for shows and events in our system trio 35 range. These systems use a 35mm diameter aluminium tube, High speed spigot and pin connection with solid conicals to give high load bearing and low deflection rates on wide spanning beams. Impressive weight loading and deflection charts are available on request. These designs and ideas can be adapted, gantry stands can easily be rebuilt to suit a different sized stand
S35 Quad Gantry Exhibition Stands

This truss system uses a 35mm diameter aluminium tube and uses, all spigot and pin connections with solid conicals. Quick and easy to set up and take down and light weight to use.

Folding Aluminium Counters
Portable folding frame, aluminium exhibition counters in two ranges, various sizes, heights, widths and shapes. These sturdy exhibition and display counters are ideal for a high quality look at any exhibition, event or trade show. We can also offer a range that are perspex glazed display counter units with locking, sliding doors. Sliding doors are available on most of the CDC range, some as standard, some as an option.

Lighting Truss
Coker Expo System 35 lighting truss systems for lighting rigs and lighting support a truss perfect for use in shops, showrooms, airports, shows and events. The System 35 incorporates a 35mm aluminium truss tube with a lattice of cross braces together it creates an extremely strong but lightweight structure that can be portable or permanent. The aluminium tubes are extruded with machined precision ends rapidly erected with tapered pins and safety clips, only a nylon mallet is required to put together the lighting truss frames.
The truss pieces can be floor mounted or hung to create visually attractive flying rigs, often seen in studios, television and high end showrooms.

Notice Boards
Coker Expo offers a vast selection of outdoor notice boards for graphics and posters, all of them can be used inside or outside. All ranges can be fitted with LED lighting with a very low power drain, so they can be left on as required perfect for menu display, public notices and bulletin boards. These high quality lockable notice boards are popular with councils, public bodies, estate agents and schools. We offer display cases in anodised silver or standard painted finishes. All units can be supplied with matching posts which are offered as an option, wall mounting is standard.

Coker Expo offer a complete exhibition system with a range of parts and components to allow the exhibition stand to be built in different sizes with ease.

All of our exhibition truss stand is truly modular, parts range from 250mm going up to 3 meter beam lengths. Coker Expo also offer a range of spacers starting from 10mm going up to 100mm.

Plinths
We manufacture and supply round, square and rectangular exhibition and display plinths, at our main site in Hook Hampshire. We manufacture "folding plinths" and "Panel plinths" both types of plinth utilise 3mm thick sign board materials which are composed of a triple layer sandwich of aluminium with a PVC infill. Once assembled the panels give rigidity and strength to the structures of the display. The sign board used is dry mounted with your printed graphic and laminated to give longevity and protection. Tops and bases of flat panel plinths are made from MDF with 25mm square aluminium poles creating the design frames. The display panels “body of the unit” are attached to the uprights by hook and fastener tapes, the construction is very fast and the products give portability together with compact storage when not being used. As the panel plinths are made here they can easily be made offering bespoke sizes.

GL120 Light boxes with backlit stretch fabric graphics, Free standing tension fabric light box
Edge Illuminated tension fabric light boxes are the next generation of large display light boxes for high impact backlit visual displays. By printing to a soft stretch fabric it allows for huge seamless light box display walls, single or double sided is standard ideal for exhibition, retail and interior design applications.
We custom make edge lit light boxes and supply standard sizes up to 6m wide. The maximum recommended edge lit light box height is almost 2.5 meters but we can make "back" lit large light boxes to order any size by quotation.

Turntables 0-50 Kilos
Display turntables and drive motors for revolving displays and smaller rotating promotional applications from a few grammes up to 50 kilos in weight. We offer units that are battery operated and mains powered, most of which of which are held in stock. The units are rated in Kilos for balanced concentric loads but please note the size of your display can affect the torque on the turntable bearing by many times so requiring a much larger weight capacity turntable for the application. The load also needs to be balanced so please consider counter weights if necessary. We suggest you purchase a sample and test your particular revolving display well, prior to quantity orders.

Turntables 50+Kilos
Cokerexpo are a major UK supplier of display turntables and drive motors we can provide units suitable for revolving displays and larger rotating promotional applications from 50 kilos right up to 3000 kilos in weight. These drive motor units are all mains powered, and fitted with safety clutches to comply with EC regulations.
