Chain and Disc Conveyors
A Discaflex chain and disc conveyor is a hardwearing robust method of conveying feed, the system can easily include multiple direction changes making it ideal where complex routes are required.
This recirculating system comprises a stainless steel drive unit which houses drive & tensioning wheels and control sensors, feed sits in front of the disc and is pulled through the system.

From the popular SpinFeeder range, we are excited to announce the launch of roboSpin, a unique new feeding system with a fresh approach to achieving optimum fertility rates and increased broiler production for broiler breeders.
roboSpin travels down the length of the house on specialist tracking, distributing a small amount of food, just enough to entice birds down from the perches encouraging social interaction to positively influence egg fertility.

Dump Feeder
A versatile low cost floor feeding system which allows sows to be kept in groups of varying sizes.
Each dispenser can feed up to 24kg of feed, the predetermined amount means sows can be housed in small groups with individual dispensers or larger groups with multiple dispensers in each pen.
This straw bedded system reduces slurry and aids sow comfort, feed is ‘dumped’ directly onto the straw, encouraging their natural routing instinct and reducing aggression.

Phase Feeding
Phase feeding enables you to easily control what feed is given to which feeding place, weigh and mix the rations and quickly transport to its target point.
The concept of phase feeding is simple, the system allows you to implement a nutritional program according to the pigs age and weight, changing the diet as required, as quickly as possible without sacrificing growth performance, regardless of the number of diets used. This ensures feed conversion is optimised for an efficient feeding system.
As the pig grows, changes in feed mixes can be easily made to feed the pig according to age, weight and condition to optimise feed usage and eradicate any feed wastage. The ability to mix the ingredients in any combination makes the transition from one diet to another more gradual, importantly, minimising any growth stunts. You simply apply each group to one of the pre set feed curves, which has been programmed to automatically adjust the percentage change for a smooth transition from one feed type to another.
