Condair EL Electrode Boiler Steam Humidifier
The steam cylinders of the Condair EL last up to three times longer than similar models due to advanced water quality management. The mineral content of the water is precisely monitored and managed. Water with high mineral content is drained and fresh water added only as required, thus minimising scale build-up and reducing the energy needed to heat fresh water.
Condair RS Resistive Steam Humidifier
Scale that forms on the heating elements breaks off under normal operation and falls into the externally located scale collector tank. Scale removal is a simple process of draining the scale collector tank with the push of a button, allowing the unit to cool then disconnecting the tank and emptying it.
The Condair RS can operate with mains water to provide ±3%RH control or on reverse osmosis (RO) water to offer ±1%RH control. When operating on RO water, scale build-up is virtually eliminated, significantly reducing the unit's required maintenance.
Condair GS Gas-Fired Steam Humidifier
This gas-fired humidifier incorporates a 360° flame encircling the burner, which provides a high thermal efficiency of over 90%. This results in a faster response to humidification requirements, closer humidity control and minimal gas consumption.
The Condair GS has been designed to incorporate large flat heat exchangers that shed their limescale during operation, helping to reduce maintenance and maintain efficient heat transfer.
Condair ESCO Live Steam Humidifier
It can operate at up to 4bar and provide up to 2,000kg/hr of humidification to an AHU. It incorporates a ceramic rotary disc valve that offers 0-100% modulation, very close control and prevents the possibility of steam leakage when closed.
The Condair ESCO’s patented steam lance has tiny inner nozzles that draw steam only from the centre of the steam lance, where it is at its hottest and driest. This ensures that any condensation that occurs around the cooler outer edges is not introduced to the duct.
Unlike other live steam humidifiers that incorporate pre-heated steam lances to avoid this “spitting”, the ESCO’s steam lance reduces heat transfer to the air stream and provides instant humidity on demand without any pre-heating time needed.
The Condair ESCO is available in cast iron or stainless steel models with a variety of steam pipe options to suit duct dimensions and satisfy required absorption distances.
Condair LS Live Steam Humidifier
Condair LS steam lances are constructed of high quality 304 stainless steel and are available in single or multiple configurations. There is a wide variety of lengths ranging from 12" to 144" to suit any duct size and give the best possible steam dispersion.
The steam lance is pre-heated with a 97% jacketed exterior. When steam is first introduced to the humidifier it flows around this outer jacket. This heats the inner lance so that when steam is introduced into it, the walls of the lance are hot and therefore condensation is prevented. This ensures only hot, dry steam is released into the duct without any "spitting".
An optional stainless steel insulation jacket encompasses 1/2" fiberglass insulation to improve efficiency and minimize heat transfer to the air stream.
Condair SE Steam-to-Steam Humidifier
The raw steam passe through a stainless steel heat exchanger, providing the heat to produce clean steam that is distributed to the air handling unit or duct.
The Condair SE is available in a variety of outputs with models ranging from 23 to 477kg/hr.
It is ideal for use in buildings with a central boiler system, like hospitals or large institutions.
The heat exchanger has been designed with large flat surfaces to make maintenance easy when removing scale.
An outdoor model with weather-proof enclosure is available.
Condair CP3 Mini Low Capacity Steam Humidifier
This low capacity steam humidifier can be serviced without needing to call a technician. All electronics and current carrying parts are protected against water splashes and inadvertent contact allowing cylinders to be changed safely.
A large LCD display provides information on all operating parameters and the unit can be controlled with the integrated keypad. An optional battery-powered humidity sensor can be located in the room and transmits a signal back to the humidifier to control output to the desired level.
The Condair CP3 Mini operates on mains water and is ideal for both homes and offices.
Condair ME Evaporative Humidifier & Cooler
A single unit can provide up to 1,200kg/hr of humidification and 822kW of evaporative cooling to an air stream while operating on less than 1kW of electricity. As well as being economic to run the Condair ME is also easy to operate with an advanced touch screen control panel, simple to maintain with industry leading service features and employs the latest in hygiene technology.
The self-contained hydraulic unit supplies water to the top of the evaporative module, located either inside or outside the duct. Exterior mounting enables most servicing to be carried out without having to shut down and enter the air handling unit.
The Condair ME incorporates up to seven low energy 32W pumps rather than single large pump. This allows proportional energy consumption to system output and provides up to seven-stage control as standard.
Condair DL Hybrid Spray & Evaporative Humidifier
A grid of nozzles releases a fine spray into the air stream towards a ceramic droplet evaporator. What moisture isn't immediately absorbed by the air precipitates onto this ceramic evaporator. As air flows through its porous surface, more water is absorbed by the air for highly efficient water use and droplet-free humidification.
This efficiency enables the humidifier to provide very close control at up to +/-2%RH, which is a level of control usually only achievable with steam humidification.
Condair HP High Pressure In-Duct Humidifier
The nozzle lines are connected to a high pressure pump station and a water treatment system. Minerals are removed from the supply water before it is provided to the nozzle lines at between 60-70bar. A single pump station is capable of supplying nozzle lines in multiple AHUs with up to 1,300kg/hr of moisture. The system has a high humidification capacity and offers up to 884kW of adiabatic cooling from just 2.2kW of consumed electricity.
JetSpray Compressed Air & Water Spray Humidifier
The use of compressed air ensures very rapid moisture evaporation, without the risk of wetting or drips, and highly directional spray aerosols.
The JetSpray is available in 60L/h and 600L/h capacity models. The 600L/h model is available with on/off control or fully modulating 0-100% output for highly accurate +/-2%RH humidity control.
Draabe NanoFog Evolution High Pressure In-Room Humidifier
Multiple nozzles can be combined and controlled from a central panel to deliver up to 200kg/hr with zone control allowing humidity levels to be controlled independently in different rooms.
The system consists of a reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system that removes the minerals from the supply water, a high pressure pump, the in-room nozzles, hygrostats and a central control panel.
ML Princess High Pressure Direct Air Humidifier
An integrated fan draws air from below and distributes the moisture particles for rapid evaporation in the atmosphere and uniform humidification in a room.
The system has very low energy consumption with a single distribution unit providing up to 54kg/h while operating on just 120W.
ML Solo High Pressure Direct Air Humidifier
A series of spray units are strategically located in the area being humidified and are connected to a high pressure pump and water treatment system. Supply water is filtered to remove any minerals and then supplied to the spray units at between 50-70bar. When released through the high pressure nozzles, the water atomises and is absorbed by the air.
The nozzles can be suspended from a ceiling or mounted on a wall. Adjustable joints allow their sprays to be directed. A fan unit under the nozzles encourages evaporation and assist in directional control.
Each spray unit can provide between 1.5-5 litres per hour and are available in white, grey or black.
ML Flex High Pressure Direct Air Humidifier
A series of high pressure nozzles are located on a custom made line for each application and are connected to a high pressure pump station and water treatment system. Minerals are removed from the supply water and delivered to the nozzles at between 60-70bar. On release the water atomises and is absorbed by the air raising its humidity.
Defensor PH15 Mobile Humidifier
The system has a circular evaporator mat that rotates through a water reservoir. A fan draws in dry air through the grilles in the sides of the unit and through the moist evaporator mat. The air absorbs moisture before released through vents in the top of the unit optimally humidified.
Condair PureHum 1000 Pro Mobile Humidifier
This commercial mobile humidifier is ideal for areas up to 1,000m³ with a maximum output of 2.6L/h. It has a large 50 litre water tank or can be directly plumbed-in to a mains water supply for continuous operation.
Alongside humidification, this unit offers air purification with a fine dust, F7 filter, HEPA H10 and activated carbon filters available.
The unit has a programmable timer to control operation, and a clear touchscreen interface, which displays settings and current room temperature and humidity. Control can be PIN protected to prevent unauthorised access, or controlled remotely via a phone app with its integrated WLAN/wifi module.
Made from high quality UV-resistant plastic and stainless steel, the Purehum 1000 Pro offers robust performance and will not discolour in sunlight.
A UV lamp inside the water tank combats bacterial growth for hygienic operation. When connected to a mains water supply and drain, a flushing feature will automatically cycle water through the unit to ensure water cannot stagnate in the system, further enhancing hygienic operation.
Condair OptiSorp Short Evaporation Steam Distribution Manifold
Tiny patented inner nozzles on the manifold draw steam from the centre of the steam pipe where it is at its hottest and driest. This guarantees that steam is introduced to the AHU without “spitting” that can occur when condensation forms around the cooler outer surface of the pipe.
A uniform spread of these nozzled outlets across the whole manifold provides a consistent release of dry steam across the air stream and reduces the evaporation distance compared to standard steam pipes.
The OptiSorp is made of robust stainless steel for a long operational life.
Condair RO-A Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for Humidifiers
By removing the minerals from a humidifier’s supply water, the limescale that builds-up in the system is virtually eliminated. This results in a much lower level of required maintenance in all types of humidifier and reduced energy consumption in steam humidifiers. These cost savings can lead to a payback on the initial purchase of the Condair RO-A unit in around one year.
Condair DA Desiccant Dehumidifiers
A range of additional modules can be connected to the dehumidifier, providing flexible operation, enabling it to deliver air exactly as an application requires it. These include pre- or post-cooling batteries, heat exchangers and condensation modules.
The additional heat exchangers can utilise gas, hot water or steam to reduce the operating costs of the system and can be operated alongside the regular electric heater. Models up to 20kg/h have electrical reactivation with advanced self-regulating PTC heating.
Condair DC Condensing Dehumidifiers
The Condair DC range offers capacities from 75-930 litres per day and air flows from 800 to 8,500m³/h, making the dehumidifiers ideal for drying complete buildings. The systems can deliver dry air directly to a room's atmosphere or be connected to a building's ventilation system.
All models come with a hot-gas defrost feature as standard and only use highly efficient R410A refrigerant gas.
Condair DC Wall & Ceiling Mounted Condensing Dehumidifiers
All models in the range incorporate R410A refrigerant gas and are made from hot-galvanised thick sheet metal with polyurethane powder enamel.
Each series comprises of five models with capacities ranging from 49 to 190 litres per day.
