Pro-Cloud details end of life lease vehicles so you can arrange for replacements well in advance of the return date and avoid expensive extended hire charges. Mileage is also managed and warns of ‘busting’ contract limits, again avoiding excess mileage charges.
Telematics
A device is fitted to each vehicle in a fleet, which instantly transmits the data required, linking back to Pro-Cloud in real time.

System Training
We offer a number of traditional face-to-face training sessions as part of every contract go-live. These consist of group sessions (normally around 15 people per session) in a classroom format that are arranged by the contracts authorised officer and one of Pro-Cloud’s training co-ordinators.
A number of managerial training sessions are also offered to make sure organisations are benefiting from the systems fundamentals. Throughout these sessions managers and other identified authorised officers will learn everything needed to equip themselves including; how to set up new users, search current users, use the communication tools correctly and track the history of assets and employees.
Training in Pro-Cloud’s management information reporting module is also covered in these sessions.

Single Sign On
Let our team import all user data from your active directory and enable the user account generation process to begin. As well as matching to your on-site domain all your users will have to have secure application ID’s and secure answers before they are registered within Pro-Cloud.
Access Pro-Cloud by the click of a button
Once a user accesses the application, they will be presented with a Microsoft login. This will communicate with your active directory and the login will be validated.
On successful authentication the user will be logged into the interface and on return they will be able to automatically access the system without the need to re-enter their details.
Data Security
Our asset management platform has been hosted with the market leading provider Rackspace UK Limited for over 8 years, continually achieving zero customer down time ever since. Our asset management solution is also included with managed threat detection by alert logic.
CSS is committed to planning and preparing in the event of extended service outages caused by factors beyond our control and to restore service to the widest extent possible in a minimum time frame.
The following general objectives are to ensure limited disruption in the event of an incident or crisis:

Hosting
On initial discovery meetings we will recommend that Pro-Cloud is hosted in the ‘Cloud’ through our own EU hosted servers.
CSS’s cloud based solution is fully redundant server architecture provided/managed by the market leader, Rackspace. We use redundant web, directory and database servers incorporating RAID 1 on all disks. All critical data is housed on SAN devices with redundant disks.
System availability is excellent, always achieving zero downtime through full failover on duplicate sites across the UK. Planned downtime is outside working hours.
Rackspace also manages Pro-Cloud’s server hardware.
API Integration
Pro-Cloud has the capability of integrating with a variety of external sources including service desk, incident management and electronic management systems. On request our project delivery team discuss in detail what internal systems need to be integrated into Pro-Cloud and with permission from both parties will make sure they communicate effectively together before go live.
Pro-Cloud specifically integrates with service desk software such as Zendesk and Landesk to make sure vital ticket requests are never missed and resolved as soon as possible.
Pro-Cloud’s API system integration capabilities enhances our product offering, bringing increased visibility to services and their workflows.
Integrated Telephone System
On initial discovery your account manager will discuss your call solution requirements to make sure we provide you with the correct telecoms that will work seamlessly with the Pro-Cloud platform and once a decision has been made we will get to work, making sure the platform is integrated with limited disruption to your business operations.
Investing in a VoIP phone solution gives management staff the ability to access and manage call data from their computers and if required historic calls can be accessed within moments, providing a full audit trail at all times.
A VoIP phone solution can be customised to your organisation and will improve day-to-day telephony operations. Calls will be controlled from user portals, making sure calls are never missed.
