Door Closer Suitable
Operation
Move the door over the flushmounted door holder until the ball catches. When the door is to be closed, just pull it from the ball.
Mounting
Flush-mount the floor socket at the arresting point at the greatest possible distance from the door hinge, screw back on the cover plate and fix the counter plate at the corresponding position on the door.

D&E SOCONA 'CHAIN' 300mm Model
The D&E Chain is designed for restricting the opening on doors. Available in two (2) lengths, 300mm for PVCu / over rebate doors and 175mm for standard doors - See SOC for 175mm Length.

The D&E NHN80VP series of door closers are a multi-size range of door closers. It has successfully been type tested to BS EN 1154 and BS EN 1634-1 and is accredited with CE certification where applicable, the NHN80VP series is backed up with a 10 years 'No Quibble' Guarantee. All models are supplied complete with a parellel shoe to enable standard arm and parallel arm installations without dropping in performance.
These are the non hold open models in Silver, also available with Backcheck (BC) or Delayed Action (DA). (NHN83VP is available in White or Gold)

D&E SOCONA 'AIRLOCK' Key Operated Model
The D&E Airlock is designed for limiting / restricting the opening of a door or window. Suitable for use on aluminium, timber & PVCu, French and over rebated doors and most inward and outward opening windows.
The push button (See SOL for Push Button model) or key operated versions allow complete control over the amount of opening you require and ensures 'duty of care' for the restricting the opening of windows on the first floor and above.
Manufactured from zamac and steel.
Installation is via fixing screws (supplied as standard)

NITTO Delayed Action device.
This is an optional extra to use with the Nitto NSC-C60V Sliding Door gear.
The delayed action device provides a potential 20 second delay on the closing moment. This feature assists with achieving the recommendations within the 'Equality Act' having superseded the 'Disability Discrimination Act' (DDA).
These are handed - Left hand or Right hand.
HANDING:
For wall mounted installations facing the track -
LH = Door opens to the Left
RH = Door opens to the Right
For soffit installations this is also the case but it maybe harder you (Installer) to establish.

Argenta Pivotica AX - Invisible pivot hinge
Argenta introduces the Argenta Pivotica AX, a new, minamalistic and invisible pivot hinge with several unique characteristics.
Thanks to its compact size the Pivotica is not only easy to mount in the door, the pivot hinge can also be installed in pivoting floor-to-ceiling-height doors.
The innovative pivot hinge even allows for the pivot point on the door to be chosen freely (At a minimum of 40mm from the side of the door); this way, wide doors can for instance rotate from the middle. The Pivotica is suitable for both Left & Right hand doors.
Thanks to the Argenta Pivotica architects can use spaces and walls creatively, seeing how the pivot hinge does not require a door frame and the door can be aligned perfectly with the wall.
All parts of this pivot hinge are rust-resistant. The Pivotica is suitable for indoor use of both modern residential buildings as well as public building and offices.

Detailed instructions are supplied with each unit.
The screw nails should be screwed into the item. A 50mm deep hole should be drilled into the wall using a 6mm diameter drill peice.
Care should be taken with regard to the exact measurement
Numerals 0-9 dimension A = 126mm.
Letters a-e dimension A = 73mm.
Plugs should be fitted in the holes. Gently tap in the house number very carefully using a rubber mallet or a soft intermediate layer.
