Varnica
The Varnica flexo plate is suitable for all coating applications and is ideal for spot varnishing. This material is superb quality and can be supplied in conjunction with a Dry Film System, which means you not only benefit from solvent-free plate processing, but there is also no need for an imagesetter.
Varnica also benefits from Dantex’s high speed, cost-effective processing. It has long run capabilities and eliminates the need for strippable blankets.
Using the Dantex Dry Film System, Vanica plates can be processed and press ready in around 15 minutes.

AQF Plate Processors
The Dantex AQF Processors are specifically intended for processing and drying solid sheet photopolymer printing plates and has been designed to provide exceptional plate quality, combined with minimal maintenance. It is robustly constructed and provides reliable & consistent operation day after day.
DigiWash
The DigiWash System has a dual-action wash, which gives far superior cleaning results. After main exposure, the raw plate is placed on a sticky plate holder and is introduced into the processor. The plate carriage is able to move both backwards and forwards through the wash section; initially, the carriage moves at the same time as the orbital brush action making for a quicker wash. At the end of a pre-determined cycle, the plate is transported back to the unload position and passes under a rotary brush, which removes any remaining debris, then a sponge roller removes any surface water.
AQF - Exposure Units
Our Aquaflex exposure units have been designed and built for use with Torelief, Rapidoflex and Aquaflex plates. They are manufactured in two sizes and allow for plate production of up to 900mm x 1200mm.

Our Aquaflex Combination units have been designed and built for use with Torelief, Rapido flex, and Aquaflex plates. They are manufactured in two sizes and allow for plate production of up to 500mm x 700mm
Sleeve Systems
Carrier Sleeves give greater productivity and flexibility by using pre-mounted plates for quick changeovers. These are very effective for short-runs, repeat jobs and design alterations since the sleeves can be taken off press and stored with the plates mounted on the sleeves. Sleeves that serve solely as carrier rolls have imaged plates mounted to sleeves offline, which are then installed onto cylinders at the print station using compressed air to expand the sleeves for positioning.

ThermaFlo − 60 degree
ThermaFlo is a 60° multi-hit honeycomb cell engraving. Its smoother, more consistent cell wall geometry offers better uniformity and accurate ink metering capabilities. It also allows for better resistance to scoring and wearing, which helps to achieve a longer life for your anilox.

EFlo UV − 75 degree
EFlo UV is Pamarco’s latest anilox cell engraving and has so far proven to deliver outstanding ink transfer capabilities for the most demanding of applications, especially within the narrow web and label markets. Like EFlo, EFlo UV has a 75°angle; however, what differentiates EFlo UV from the other standard cell technologies we offer is its channel-linked cell geometry. The precision channel between the cells helps to eliminate the build-up of pressure within the ink when doctored, which can generate ink spitting.

SCAPA Tapes
Exafit® 43201HP is a double-sided foam tape specially designed for flexographic plate mounting. It is based on a speciality acrylic adhesive on its open side (cylinder side) and a graphic grade acrylic adhesive on its closed side (clichés side). Exafit® 43201HP is reinforced with a polyester film and uses a transparent smooth siliconised embossed PP release liner.
ORAFOL Tapes
Double-sided filmic tape for photopolymer or rubber plate mounting on compressible sleeves, print cylinders or mounting films for flexography, letterpress and label printing.
