My Di-LOG DL9102 tester was damaged by students that I teach. The technical engineers and those in sales and marketing did everything they could to sort out my dilemma. I am now in possession of a new tester. Everyone who contacted me couldn''t do enough to resolve this issue. Quality equipment, quality service.
