Stage 2 - A workable game plan

This is where we translate objectives into actions. This will identify practical recommendations that we have diagnosed together and will share how best to implement them. It will be aligned with what has come out of the Diagnosis Workshop session.

Stage 3 − Execution

This is where we put the strategy into action. We work with you to implement the game plan and set clear next steps, goals, and milestones − as required.
