Roller Shutter Doors
DP Doors & Shutters Ltd’s high specification Roller Shutter Doors are designed to give clear, full width and height access through both external and internal openings. Roller shutter doors are manufactured to suit the customers requirement and can be made to suit openings up to 12mtrs high and 15mtrs wide.
Sliding / Folding Shutters Doors
DP Doors & Shutters Folding Shutter Doors are hard to match for a strong, rubust door. The proportional movement of the door, controlled by a pantograph system, provides a design which is tough and yet smooth and easy to operate and which will tolerate the most extreme weather conditions.
High Speed Doors
DP Doors & Shutters high specification high speed doors are designed for external use in high traffic situations. Two versions are available, either roll up or fold up.
In both cases, the high speed door and its associated operating mechanism come as a complete unit, with the electrical drive gear contained within the self supporting frame structure, which can be affixed either externally or internally to the building. This structure also contains the counterbalancing system, utilising weights or springs and making for smooth operation and fast opening of the door in an emergency.

Aluminium Security Shutters
The slimline finish makes internal fitting of window shutters a frequent choice. Our continuous programme of product development has produced a compact shutter of exceptional strength for small to medium size apertures.
Security Grilles
When fitted to windows and doors, their open lattice work lets in light and allows external views. Crossguard® security grilles are usually fitted internally to act as a barrier against attack. Any potential intruder will need to break a window, before attempting to force the grille. This will draw attention to them and may even set off an alarm.

Flexible Leaf Crash Door
Flexible leaf Crash Doors can be specified as an alternative to PVC strip curtains where a more heavy duty option is required. An L shaped frame sits on a floor mounted pivot whilst the sprung top corner is mounted around a reaction block allowing the door leaf to open / close through 180 degrees.

DP Doors & Shutters Ltd’s high specification PVC Strip Curtains are designed for heavy duty internal and external use.
Whether you wish to keep heat in or out, Strip Curtains will make a difference to your heating, air conditioning or refrigeration costs. Strip Curtains save energy by, for example, retaining heated air in a building or retaining chilled air in a cold store. When installed behind an external door, the savings are even greater due to the double glazed effect when the door is closed. PVC Strip Curtains can also be used to protect against dust, fumes, spray, pests and noise.

It means we have successfully demonstrated our ability to provide high quality repair and maintenance of industrial and commercial doors following rigorous checks carried out by the DHF.
About us
DP Doors commenced trading in 1997 and have 19 years’ experience supplying and installing industrial doors.
Clients range from high street shops to international airports and blue chip manufacturing companies. On-site work is by in-house staff or by members of a nationwide portfolio of labour-only subcontractors who can attend to repairs on the same day as call-out.
The company employs its own Health & Safety consultant who liaises with clients to confirm requirements for on-site working and ensures that all in-house engineers are trained and equipped to meet all relevant H.&S. Standards and safe systems of work. Risk Assessments/Method Statements are prepared to ensure that work is carried out safely and successfully.
All company engineers are trained in the use of hydraulic access platforms and the erection of mobile scaffold towers and have completed Passport to Safety courses. The company is currently engaged in training all staff to the City and Guilds Specialist Installations Door Systems NVQ Level 2; this will eventually supercede CSCS cards.
Authority: All power operated doors are fully compliant with current legislation and carry a CE mark. The company is a BS EN ISO 9001 registered company and is a full member of the Doors & Hardware Federation (DHF).
Sustainability: The company operates an environmental policy placing a big emphasis on recycling and is currently working to ISO 14001.
Guarantees: All doors are offered with a year's warranty and customers are reminded that there is a legal requirement to carry out regular maintenance on all power operated doors, with full service records kept.
