Inline Screened Tank Overflow
The overflow is a necessary item for any storage tank, and must be screened as part of the Water Fittings Regulations 1999 for potable water tanks to prevent igress of insects and debris into the tank, these regulations were more commonly known previously as BYELAW 30,.
A Screened overflow for a potable (drinking) water tank should be at least twice the inlet size on the tank.
Bylaw 30 Kits
Screened Overflow Kits to bring water storage tanks vessels and cisterns up to regulations with screened mesh in the fittings to prevent rodents and insects getting in to the water stored,
Water Fittings Regulations 1999 (Previuosly Byelaw 30) is a requirement on all potable drinking water tanks, These Bylaw 30 Kits meet this regulation, and help to bring non complient tanks up to standards.

Screened Spillover Weir (TYPE AB AIRGAP)
Screened Spillover Weir Size to comply with British Standard to give a Category 5 Fluid Backflow Protection with the Type AB Air gap
These Weirs are designed for fitting to existing tank Walls
or to Walls on existing Raised float valve Housing. There must be adequate space on the wall to allow the weir to be fitted lower than the inlet water discharge height.

The Tank requires a Flat Fully Supported Base that is within the tolerance of 1mm in any 1 Metre.

The open top storage tanks are produced strong enough to not require any additional support for the tank walls.
Available in many of our standard sizes upto a maximum length of 3m x width of 3m x height of 2m based on internal Dimensions of the tank.
Bespoke sized tanks are also available upto the maximum dimensions above.
Drayton's GRP Open Top tanks have no internal supports and are ideal for projects involving lowering products into the tanks for either testing, coating or cleaning.
All Tanks require a flat fully supported baseto sit on.

Hot Water Storage Tanks
There are mainly two type of hot water tanks, F&E & Chemical,
the F&E Tanks are designed to take water upto 70 Deg C constant and other liquids upto varying temperatures.
The Chimcal Tanks are designed to take hot water upto 120 Deg C constant and again other liquids upto varying temperatures.

example: Water from a wood burning stove (log burner) cannot control the water temperature accurately,
therefore a Drayton Tank Chemical tank is a great solution, as it can handle the water temperature upto 120 Deg C
