Outstanding, from the first call speaking with reception to the follow up call from Sue Burley it was so professional.
Initially disappointed they did not have what I wanted Sue went further and with her special knowledge of the sector she kindly sent us a link to a supplier who could help.
"Going the extra mile" is not a common thing these days, but if this is how the sales and service side of the business runs then the quality control must be equally amazing.
OK we didn''t do business on this occasion but the impression you left was outstanding.
