All our portable accommodation is manufactured from 1.6mm steel with a choice of flat or corrugated side walls and includes High Security Locking System doors as standard plus High Security Shutters.

Internal Finish
Portable Accommodation internal finishes comprise either decorative vinyl faced plasterboard, melamine faced chipboard or 4mm EBG2001 polyester faced wallboards. Floors are covered in heavy duty polyflor with plastic skirting boards.

Fire Rated Buildings
Fire Rated Buildings (independently tested & certificated by Warrington Fire Research) with a choice of flat sided or corrugated steel side walls. All windows have a neat and tidy fire curtain installed that will automatically drop in the event of a fire, thus preventing fire spreading from the windows.

Multiple uses
Welfare Units for 4, 6 or 12 people are popular for those who need portable accommodation on site. These can be sited with extra Toilet Blocks, Shower Blocks & Sleeper Units provide sleeping accommodation for one or two people with optional living areas.

Mobile Welfare Units are also available with EEC type approved brakes, galvanised 40mm eye coupling with coupling shroud and rear lighting.

Mobile Classrooms are also popular choice for schools looking for flexibility of accommodation.

MEH are designed to accommodate the downsizing of trackside electronic equipment into modular equipment housings [MEH] that can be easily pre-fitted in a factory environment before being transported and installed on site.

Delivery and Method Statements
Having completed MEH deliveries across the UK, generally under line possessions and overnight, you can be sure that Eldapoint understands the critical nature of timed deliveries and has the experience to complete your project, organising “method statements”, haulage, cranage and installation on site.

Link Up Approval and PTS Training
Eldapoint holds LINK-UP Railway Registration Certification and all site operatives hold current PTS training certification so you can be confident in getting the professional & timely service you need to the regulations that you require.

Encased within a secure steel shell, these (non-portable) 1000 litre water tanks are designed to provide a temporary water supply via a boostamatic electric pump.

The pipe fittings are protected by a thermostatically controlled electric tubular heater.

These units can be connected to any mains toilet for sites where no mains water is available.

Manufactured to customer specification, or in the case of railway applications specification AC/DC 234, Switchgear Housings can be single rooms or modular for assembled on site, and come pre-fitted with the required cabloc channel and trunking.

Bespoke manufactured self-contained Secure Steel Anti Vandal Welfare units to provide temporary Canteen, Toilet, Office & Drying room facilities when and where you need them.

We can manufacture a ready to go unit complete with a generator and water tank.

We offer anti-vandal features which include secure steel personnel doors and window shutters.

Other optional features include double glazed windows.

Office containers electrics
Installation consists of PVC insulated and sheathed twin and circuit protective conductor cables supplying lighting, power and heating circuits.

Overcurrent and fault protection is afforded by an MEM residual current device controlled consumer unit fitted with miniature circuit breakers.

All units fitted with heating supplied by 2KW heater[s] c/w thermostatic control, lighting by 1500mm fluorescent tubes. External isolator fitted as standard.

All office containers installation to comply with current IEE regulations.

With over 48 years experience as a company working on refrigerated units, commonly referred to as reefers, we can guarantee you are buying a fully operational unit able to keep cargo warm, chilled or frozen.

All our reefers will hold a valid PTI certificate at the time of purchase. We can also offer the option of a 3 month plus warranty where our trained engineers will attend to resolve any problems that may arise.

Refrigerated container specification
Refrigerated containers are designed to store product that requires temperature control and can maintain internal temperatures between +25 & -25 degrees centigrade. Internally they are lined with either stainless steel or GRP.

The inside of the reefer unit is marked with maximum cargo levels too insure ease of air flow in order to maintain optimum temperature of cargo.

Reefers are 20ft and 40ft containers which have machinery built-in, in order to keep cargo warm, chilled or frozen. The machinery inside of reefers is usually manufactured by one of the following companies:
