Sheet Metal Bending
“Bending” is a manufacturing process that produces a V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in plastic materials, most commonly sheet metal. Commonly used equipment includes box and cup brakes, press brakes and other specialized machine presses. Typical products that are produced in this way are boxes such as electrical enclosures and rectangular ducts.
The combination of modern presses, advanced matrix, stamps and the experience of our employees provides excellent results in the form of professionally performed artistic processing of various sheets. We bend sheets quickly and extremely precisely, and thanks to the fact that the process is fully repeatable and automatic, we are able to undertake even very large orders . The maximum pressure of our machines is as much as 200 tons, thanks to which we are able to undertake artistic processing of materials with a thickness of 6 mm over a length of 3 meters. All this is possible thanks to specialized numerical control of machines. Moreover, we also bend steel pipes.

Bending Pipes & Profiles
We bend closed profiles. Usually we use the cold bending method, but in the case of such a need and the possibilities of a given material, we also work at a specific temperature. For this type of orders, we use a professional three-roller tube and profile bender. It provides a maximum bending angle of 180 degrees and a diameter of 54 x 3 mm.
We also offer specialized, very precise CNC tube bending. We process pipes made of various materials, incl. aluminum, stainless steel or copper. This process involves plastic processing of materials in such a way as to change the curvature of the pipe to the desired shape. It is done by squeezing some fibers and stretching others. Importantly, it does not affect the appearance of the material, and does not change its technical properties.

Welding of Steel Structures
” Welding ” is a manufacturing or carving process that joins materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, using high heat to fuse parts together and allowing them to cool. Difference between welding and lower temperature metal joining techniques, such as soldering and brazing, is that welding does not melt the base metal.
Thanks to the modern equipment that we have in our offer, we can perform, among others, professional welding of carbon steel, aluminum and other metals using the MIG / MAG method. Thanks to experienced specialists working for us, the obtained effect is of very high quality and does not contain harmful contaminants on the ponds. Abrasive Blastings
” Abrasive blasting “, more commonly known as sandblasting, is based on the force that drives a stream of abrasive material onto a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, shape the surface, or remove surface contaminants. Fluid under pressure, usually compressed air or a centrifugal wheel, is used to drive an explosive material (often called media).
The process of cleaning or shaping any surface with an abrasive in a stream of compressed air or liquid. The sanding effect is similar to grinding, but the surface being cleaned is straighter and obtains the roughness required for painting, and there are no problems with cleaning hard to reach corners or curves. Other sufficiently ground materials can also be used for sandblasting: copper slag, shot, glass, metal, dry ice, pomegranate (mineral), slag, and even ground pieces of coconut shells and other plants, which allows a specific appearance of the treated surface.

Powder Painting
“Powder coating” is a type of coating that is applied as a free flowing dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered using an evaporating solvent, powder coating is usually electrostatically applied and then heat-cured. The powder can be a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is harder than traditional paints. Powder coating is mainly used for coating metals such as household appliances, aluminum profiles, drum components, and car and bicycle parts. Newer technologies allow powder coating with other materials, such as MDF (Medium Density Fiber), using a variety of methods.

Any defects and inaccuracies that remain after processing are hidden under the applied layer of varnish.
