Transmitters for Air Quality Monitoring
Transmitters for Electricity Monitoring
Need to know how electrical energy is being used? The GenII GD40A/AB transmitter and clip-on self powered CTs can provide the answer. The four GD40A/AB sensor inputs are designed for ND Meter SXD CTs. The transmitter is intended for use in situations where an averaged rather than instantaneous value at the time of transmission is required.
Ideal for retrofit - just clip round the cable
Non invasive energy monitoring
Ideal for temporary system
Range of compact clip-on CTs: 5 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 50 / 100 or 200A available. Other ranges available P.O.A
Use different CT types on each of the transmitter inputs
Ideal for comparing values
Scrolling display of scaled values with battery condition gauge
Provides average current value per transmitter interval
Battery or mains powered. The internal battery pack is for short term use only and provides typically 10 weeks operation at a 5 minute tx interval.
Transmitters for Air Velocity Monitoring
The E plus E sensor head uses a field proven hot-film element to measure velocity by detecting the change in temperature as air moves past it, cooling the element. This technique means the sensor is less sensitive to dust and dirt, giving very stable results. An alignment strip along the probe's tube allows the user to set a measured probe depth during mounting in a pipe or duct. This provides a method for repeatedly mounting probes to an accurate known depth.
The value logged is the rolling averaged value over a three minute cycle, meaning that transient values or deviations from the norm are not lost when logging.
Transmitters with Inputs for Differential Pressure Sensors
The GD84 can be used with RX250AL/SC250 (Secure data CFR21 Part11) receiver loggers, RC250 receiver only and WSR, Wireless Sensor Receiver.

Squirrel 450/850 Series Data Logger
The Squirrel 450/850 series is a cost effective portable data logger with a maximum of 4 or 8 inputs. In common with its bigger brother, the Squirrel 1000 series data logger, it is equipped with impressive specifications, long battery life and a three year guarantee. Models 451 and 851 have 4 or 8 universal inputs respectively, configurable for voltage, current and temperature for both thermocouple and thermistor sensors. In addition a serial interface is available for special applications, including Vaisala weather sensors WMT52 & WXT520.
1000 Series Customised Squirrel Data Loggers
Squirrel Data Loggers for Energy Management
These specialist data loggers and accessories are tailored for the electricity energy sector and facilitate the metering and recording of AC voltage, current and temperature using a single comprehensive and accurate instrument.
Squirrel 1010/1010X and 1020/1020X energy series dataloggers and accessories enable quick, easy metering, monitoring and logging of load usage patterns enabling optimisation of power distribution, ultimately leading to improved reliability of power availability and power distribution plant costs.
The Squirrel 651 datalogger is specially designed for use with the Northern Design NDRail350 (1 x 3 phase load) or NDRail310 (3 x single phase load) energy meters.
Mini Squirrel Data Loggers - MS13E & MS14E

Darca Heritage Versions 1 & 2
Darca Heritage has been designed specifically for museum curators and conservators monitoring large installations. The software allows sensors to be referred to according to their physical location. Sophisticated but simple-to-use, it provides powerful tools for:
Configuring and metering sensors
Changing logger settings
Updating site data automatically to a datafile (version 1) or database (version 2)
Warning if any channel inputs are outside of safe limits
Sending alarms via email or text message
Metering data graphically on user-defined floorplans which show each group's physical location
Analysing data either graphically or statistically
Generating reports for the presentation of data
In addition to standard measured values, calculated parameters may be added and analysed. Sensors may also be metered graphically on user-entered floor plans.
Temperature Sensors
Thermistors
For Ambient Temperatures
Thermistors are ideal for ambient temperatures as they combine fast response time and accuracy. Range extremes are -50°C to + 150°C. Long cable lengths can be used.
Accurate at High Temperatures
PRTs are best suited for measuring temperatures down to -100°C and up to +600°C with good long term stability and accuracy. Due to the small change in resistance of PRTs, cable resistance can affect the accuracy of the sensor. Three or preferably four wire cables should be used and long lengths should be avoided. Eltek products support only PT100 Platinum Resistance Sensors.
Capacitive Humidity & Temperature Probes
The sensor is housed in a replaceable protective cap with a non-removable stainless steel (grade 316) 100 micron dust filter.
The RHT10E & RHT20E are intended for indoor, non-condensing applications. The RH and temp sensor is removable thereby permitting exchange or calibration.
The lead is non detachable and can be ordered at a user-specified length from 1m up to 10m.
pH Sensors for 450/1000 Series Squirrel Data Loggers
LS50 & LS70 Light Sensors
The Eltek GD72E transmitter interfaces with all sensors at digital level so that no system accuracy is lost.
When used with Darca Heritage software both instantaneous and cumulative light and UV values can be provided.
ELCC - AC Supply Presence Failure Detection
The ELCC is intended for use with GenII transmitters types GC60, GS24/GD241 and GS34/8/GD34/82.
This state change can be detected and interpreted by the logger as an alarm condition, so that the logger alarm relay will provide a contact closure or send an SMS alarm message if configured.
Sensors for Incubator Monitoring
The probe section can be extended on a 2m lead and can be mounted in the environment to be monitored (e.g. an incubator) with the preferred RH and temp or temperature only probe.
The Vaisala sensors require an external power supply in order to be used with the GD43E transmitter.
