Circa
Covering diameters from 250mm up to 800mm, Circa casings are available in a wide range of laminated finishes, as well as a plain option for on-site finishing. This allows a high degree of design flexibility to meet demanding project specifications, while also giving an excellent combination of durability, aesthetics, versatility and ease of installation.
In addition, our standard Circa ‘ex-stock’ products can be delivered next working day. The range also includes ‘extended circle’ designs to allow the casings to easily cover building services fixed to structural columns, as well as dual columns and extended steelwork.
Already used in a wide range of sectors including offices, retail and education, as well as healthcare, hotels sports and leisure, Circa casings are also quick and simple to install as they are a single fix dry trade solution, which saves time on-site.
Quadra
The range is available in standard sizes from 300mm to 1000mm and can be configured to meet precise project requirements. The versatility and design flexibility of Quadra column casings makes them suitable for a wide range of applications and are already used in sectors such as education, retail, commercial and leisure.
Quadra column casings are manufactured from 8mm thick FSC® certified sustainable timbers and are available in a broad range of laminated finishes. Installation is also quick and simple. Quadra casings are a single fix dry trade solution, which saves time on-site.
Forma
Produced using precision bending techniques in standard diameters from 250mm to 1000mm, Forma casings are flexible enough to make installation a simple and straightforward process. Individual Forma casings can be used on projects with heights of up to 3000mm, while multiple casings can be stacked to reach extended heights.
The Forma range allows complete freedom to explore design possibilities, yet also enable architects, specifiers ad contractors to have total control over the selection of materials, specifications, forms and finishes.
This provides the ultimate in versatility, flexibility and choice and enables project specific bespoke column casings to be manufactured, which meet precise dimensions, specifications and finishes, as well as unique column profiles.
Polyma
In addition, its resilience and inherent resistance to scuffing, impact and other damage enables it to be used in high traffic environments. A wide range of standard circular column casing sizes is available, but as Polyma casings are produced from a mould, this allows a high degree of versatility, enabling designers to specify custom shapes, sizes and surface finishes, as well as a diverse range of RAL and BS colours to meet the needs of specific projects.
As a result of this versatility and adaptability, Polyma casings are already installed in a diverse range of sectors and applications, from offices, hotels and retail to health centres, care homes and education.
Integral brushed aluminium or stainless steel skirting collars are also available as an option to provide additional protection, durability and wear resistance. Special casings to conceal angled steelwork mounting points or similar fixings are also available within the Polyma range.
Gypra
Where a smooth finish is required for on-site painting, Gypra casings provide an excellent solution, whether they are part of our standard range or bespoke manufactured from special moulds to meet specific project demands. Integral brushed aluminium or stainless steel skirting collars are also available as an option to provide additional protection, durability and wear resistance. Gypra column casings are fire-resistant, achieving a Class ‘O’ fire propagation to BS476-6, and can be regarded as a non-combustible building component.
Metza
Normally supplied as a four-sided casing, Metza comprises a ‘U’ shaped 3-sided channel onto which the separate fourth panel snaps and locks into place using an integral joint. Where access is restricted, Metza casings can also be supplied as two interlocking ‘L’ shaped profiles. A range of finishes is available including PVC and PVF2 together with ‘Plastisol’ colour coats, galvanised steel and food-safe white.
All Metza casings are designed and manufactured to meet individual project specifications and environments, to ensure they comply with relevant legislation and provide effective fire protection. Standard casings are suitable for heights up to 3650mm in a single length, whilst a dedicated jointing system is also available within the range, which enables Metza to be stacked to reach extended heights.

Versa FR Sprinkler Boxing
Fabricated from flame retardant FSC© ‘Chain of Custody’ certified material, Versa FR incorporates a white painted finish to present a joint-less and easy to clean surface, which integrates easily with the interiors of flats, as well as communal areas.
Versa FR can be easily cut to length on site and drilled to accommodate fire sprinkler heads and the boxing is secured simply by screw fixing to timber battens or aluminium angles, which also allows easy access for inspection and routine sprinkler maintenance.
A range of dedicated Versa FR accessories is also available including internal and external corners, as well as stop ends. Running lengths are butted end to end to ensure the integrity of the boxing. Intumescent mastic joint sealant may also be required.
Arma Metal Pipe Boxing
The theft of copper pipes and the associated dangers of cutting through external gas pipework, not only present significant safety risks, but also cause disruption and have a financial impact, due to the high cost of remedial work. Arma pipe boxing can help improve security while also acting as a deterrent on projects where protection is necessary.
From simple vertical and horizontal pipe runs to more complex district heating and central boiler installations, Arma provides a practical and effective solution. Manufactured using strong, lightweight and corrosion resistant aluminium, Arma’s ‘U’ shaped channel profiles can be readily secured to the external wall using heavy-duty aluminium angle brackets and suitable fixings.
To blend in or contrast with wall colours and surroundings, Arma can be coated in any RAL paint reference. Pre-formed internal and external corners, together with joint covers and end caps are also available as part of the range to help simplify installation.
We offer a supply and install service on this product range.
