Robotic Systems

We are very good at robot cell layout, end of arm robotic tooling and ensuring safe and easy access to cells when required.
There are some caveats for automation, generally around inspection that may be part of the existing manual operation. Don’t worry, we have experience in spotting and guiding our customers through this!

Special Application Conveyors

Where possible we will propose ‘off the shelf’ belt, plastic slat or powered roller conveyors to form the basis of a packing or assembly line. These can be manufactured in powder coated mild steel or stainless steel construction. Other components may be required and we can add mechanisms, frames, side guides, pushers, guards, stop buttons, control stations, alignment sections….whatever functionality you require. Standard conveyors are where possible sourced from UK manufacturers to give the best possible lead time and cost. Finish options determined depending on your factory environment and process requirements.

Bespoke Conveyors

Conveyor components can sometimes require quite complicated design, and we are very good at ensuring that all the detail is covered to give you a solution that will be both robust and reliable.

Epsilon VB-1800 Vibrators

We have developed a series of shakers for flattening product on conveyors belts and for deaerating liquid products in moulds. There is a bit more science to this than meets the eye!

Filler Distribution System

We always relish a challenge and synchronising the output from a multi-channel weight sensor to a continuous motion cartoning conveyor was always going to require a lot of thought. What if the cartoning conveyor was missing cartons or how do we accommodate different products?

Powder Reclaim Systems

We always find it fascinating talking to customers about how we can help improve their plant efficiencies. To one customer 2% product waste is acceptable, to another anything above 0% is verboten!

We use Solidworks and AutoCAD for Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD). Which software is used will depend on the type of work we are undertaking.
