Wedding Option 1 − Just to the Wedding Venue

With this option we will collect you in your chosen wedding car from your home, hotel or other agreed location and take you directly to the wedding venue of your choice. If the two locations are not far apart, we may even be able to make an additional trip! Maybe take the Bridesmaids first, then return for the Bride herself. As we said earlier, we are flexible.

Whether you have chosen Option 1 or 2 above, the Bride and Groom may still need to get to their hotel or back home to start married life together. Locations - Bromley − a London Borough in Kent

Bromley is a large town located in the south east corner of London and bordering on the county of Kent. The town is the administrative centre for the London Borough of Bromley, and has fast train links to London Victoria, which is approximately 11 miles away. It has “Market Town” status and received its Charter in 1158 whilst also being an ancient parish of Kent, prior to the becoming a part of the Greater London Council in 1965.
It is served by two stations, Bromley North and Bromley South, with the first being built in 1878. Bromley South is now the main station for the town being at the lower end of the high street.

Locations - Sevenoaks in West Kent

It is thought that “Sevenoaks” dates back to 800 AD and the name originated from the Saxon word ‘Seouenaca’, a name given to a small chapel near seven Oaks in Knole Park. Sevenoaks was historically part of the Great Manor of Otford, held by the Archbishops of Canterbury.
The importance of Sevenoaks grew from the merging of the two main roads from London and Dartford into one main route heading south through the Weald to the coast. It was therefore a suitable venue for a market and this was established during the 13th century. Sevenoaks has remained a market town to this day.

Locations - Orpington & St Mary Cray

It is said that a settlement has been in the area of what is now known as Orpington since Stone Age, with the first recording of a name being “Orpedingetune” meaning “Orped’s farmstead’ in 1038 when the area was given as a gift.
St Mary Cray, now a suburb of Orpington, was once a more important area, as there were regular markets in the Cray, which also contained paper mills and bell foundry − whereas Orpington was deemed to be a small village.
Orpington Station was first built in 1868 and was expanded in 1904 which in turn encouraged house building in the area, thus creating residential areas now known as Crofton and Broomhill. With the transfer from the status of a district council in the county of Kent, Orpington became a part of the London Borough of Bromley in 1965. The station is located just over 13 miles from Charing Cross.
