It is Company Policy to work in conformance to documented procedures established to control all levels of design, manufacture and inspection, to ensure adequate and respectable quality at all levels at all stages of an order or contract.

Conformance to the relevant British, European or International standards will be met where requested or relevant.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for all technical aspects associated with the quality department.

The Test and Quality Supervisor is responsible administrately to the Works Director and technically to the Chief Engineer. He is given responsibility to ensure that the manufactured quality levels at the required stages are adequate and is given authority to reject and control all non conforming items and to ensure that any corrective actions are performed under supervision to achieve the required standard.

Reasonable facilities and assistance can be extended to Customer's Quality Assurance Representatives so that they can conduct on site evaluations relevant to items manufactured against their orders or contracts.
