- Communication is a key element to our service, we like to take orders by email or online & over the phone. So whatever means to talk to us, you are welcome to each option.
- When we receive an order, we aim to despatch the same day (if order received before 4 pm) we will also email an automated tracking number, so the parcel can be traced until delivery to the customer address.
- We do believe in old-fashioned customer service, so if you have any questions and queries on any product, please feel free to call us.
- As we are Leicester based, we do a lot of Leicester deliveries within 24 hours of receiving the order and sometimes the same day.
