Smart Gel Joint - Straight Connection
The smart Joint is a cable joint which is pre-filled with an insulating and waterproof filling mass, and is suitable for cable diameters up to 15.7mm (0.62 inch); 2 x 2.5mm². The Smart Joint can be used inside and outside as well as underground

Branch cast resin cable joints are suitable for plastic and paper insulated LV cables. These joints are suitable for use in power, telecoms and signalisation. The joints are approved in accordance with the standard DIN EN 50393 (VDE 0278-393):2006-11

Fire Resistant Duct Sealing
Filoform duct Sealing systems have been used for decades to provide Gas and Watertight sealing. These seals can now be made Fire resistant up to 2 hours by finishing them with the special "MD+ Fire resistant sealant".
MD+ provides a fire resistant finish to the Filoform "MD" duct sealing systems

Divisible Duct Seals 25mm
Suitable for Gas and Watertight sealing of 25mm HDPE ducts, which contain mini / micro ducts and / or (fibre optic) cables.
The modular system will guarantee easy installation of various different cable and duct configurations. Our system is divisible so can be applied at installation or afterwards for retro fitting.
The rubber inserts can be custom designed for your specific needs and configuration. The rubber will contain (temporary) blind plugs to make the system more flexible at the installation site.

Divisible Mini / Micro Duct Seals 4mm
Easy to install Gas and Watertight seal for cables in mini / micro ducts.
The miniduct seal is easy to install on new installations and existing installations. Thanks to the clever design you no longer need to slide a seal all the way along the fibre to seal it againt Gas & Water.
Due to the compact design, our seals can be installed in all situations, even in locations with difficult access.

Kabeline 2444 Epoxy Resin
Specially developed for bonding sensors in concrete or asphalt roads
Filofill P2600 Polyurethane Resin
Specially designed for taped resin injection cablejoints up to 10kV, however can also be used in cast resin joints. The resin contains polyether polyols, estherpolyols, and fire retardant additives. The hardner is a high quality MDI type. Filofill P2600 does not contain halogens or plasticizers. Filofill P2600 has good anti corrosion properties and provides good adhesion to metals, ceramics, many different plastics and can be used on all plastic and paper isolated cable types.

Filoform's Slot cutting resin PC5581D is a cold curing 2 component polyurethane resin specially designed for backfilling of cut slots for detector loops on motorways and all purpose trunk roads.
PC5581D has good adhesion and meets all specifications as set by the Highways Agency for encapsulants.
