Stainless steel tubing

Nickel alloy tubes

Nickel alloy tubes offer excellent corrosion resistance in both aqueous and high temperature applications. Nickel alloys are excellent for heat exchangers and steam generators in the nuclear industries. They’re used in in high-temperature aircraft systems, and in oil and gas extraction programmes where corrosion, pressure and temperature-resistant tubing is required.

Titanium tubes

Titanium tubes provide high strength, unique density and corrosion resistance and are used in various applications including
aircraft hydraulic systems, medical implants, offshore drilling rig components, subsea equipment, and marine and chemical processing plants.

Fine Tubes manufactures titanium tubing in the following alloys:

Ti CP (Grade 1 and Grade 2), Ti 3AL-2.5V (Grade 9), Ti 6AL-4V (Grade 5),
Ti 6AL-4V ELI (Grade 23), Ti A-4

Seamless tubes

Fine Tubes manufactures seamless tubing in a range of alloys including stainless steel, nickel alloy and titanium. Seamless tubes are produced with outside diameters from 0.25 mm (0.010 in) up to 50 mm (2 in).

Welded tubes

Fine Tubes manufactures welded tubing in a range of stainless steel and nickel alloys with outside diameters from 0.25 mm (0.010 in) up to 50 mm (2 in).

Special non-destructive testing methods − including eddy current, ultrasonic and pressure testing - are used to ensure a consistent weld.
