FT-100 Series Filling Machine
The FT-100 has been designed to suit multi container filling; Filling anything from 20ltr through to 1000ltr plus.
The main arm of the filling machine lifts and lowers to accommodate the multilayer filling. The filling arm itself can be manoeuvred around the pallet to accommodate all the containers on one level without having to adjust the arm height, this is achievable because of the dipping head that accommodates the nozzle on the end of the arm.

FT-200 Series Filling Machine
The FT-200 has been specifically designed to be used with a conveyor system that do not require access for an operator to walk upon. The FT-200 will fill anything from 20ltrs through to 1000ltrs plus.
Designed initially for use with conveyor systems but also very useful when filling Hazardous/dangerous products where fumes or splashing can be a problem.

FT-300 Series Machine
This machine series can use a variety of filling methods using a counter (counting pump revolutions), weigh platform, flow meter and positive displacement; certain types of this filling machine can be designed to interface with existing or new conveyor systems.
Available in various sizes to enable filling of 1ltr through to 1000ltr IBC’s plus, the FT-300 can be used as a standalone or fully automatic multi-head filling machine.

FT-400 Series Filling Machine
The FT-400 operates by filling drums individually, once filled to the required weight the machine auto accepts the weight and moves on to the next container, once the last one has been completed the operator will accept the final drum weight and pallet weight. The filling machine does not require 4 drums to operate there are selector switches to turn filling lines on or off.
The filling nozzles can be manufactured from either 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy or PVDF with PTFE and Viton seals
