Fuel Pipework
Forecourt Solutions are the leading supplier of flexible pipework systems for petroleum products in Europe.
We supply 1 1/2” 2” and 3" single and double wall flexible pipework in boxes and mega reels. The system is approved by ERA in the UK to meet the European EN14125 standard for Petroleum Pipework.
Termination and connections are effected by the well proven internal swaging of single wall stainless steel couplings which are available in both fixed thread and swivel nut variants. We offer both single and double wall couplings. Pump riser connection are provided by tee and elbow fittings.
The product name of Flexrite and will be available to all markets outside North America and Canada. Construction of the product uses a nylon outer barrier layer with a polyethylene body and a Solvey Ixef barrier layer for the primary pipe to ensure compatibility with a broad range of petroleum and other products. The secondary jacket is again protected with a nylon barrier and consists of a polyethylene jacket with standoff legs. Forecourt will be pleased to advise upon the pipe systems compatibility with any liquid which you might wish to transport.

1 1/2" Flexrite Single Wall Petroleum Pipework
1 1/2" FlexRite Single Wall Petroleum Pipework available upon reels of upto 300m . Suitable for use with either single wall swivel or swaged male adapter pipe couplings. Approved to EN14125 by ERA in the UK for use as pressure, suction or vent pipework. This flexible pipwork system allows continuous unjointed runs between tanks and pumps avoiding pressure losses and potential leak paths. Simple and quicker to install than fusion jointed pipework systems.
Twin Wall Flexible Duct 4"
4" (100mm) FlexRite Twin Wall Duct availablein coils of 50m . This flexible duct system allows complete runs between tanks and pumps to be installed without joints thus avoiding pressure losses and potential leak paths. The duct can be used to allow post backfill access to pipework and cables when used inconjucntion with Forecourts range of Chambertite sumps.

Installation Components
Forecourt Solutions secondary test boots are designed for testing the integrity of secondary containment jacket of flexible piping when using swaged pipe fittings (SPC). Each boot has a test port to enable a test or connector tube to be fitted this enables an air pressure or liquid filled interstice to be achieved. By checking the air /liquid pressure the secondary containment systems integrity can be permanently or periodically monitored. After testing is completed, standard test boots can be left in place. They are manufactured by fuel compatible nitrile rubber to ensure longevity of service life. Worm drive clamps are manufactured from stainless steel and edges are rolled to avoid sharp edge contacts.

A high quality stainless steel hose for use as an effective means for connecting pipework systems to shear valves, fuel dispensers and submersible pumps. The quality and flexibility of the product allows a quick & simple leak free connection.

1 1/2" Double wall pipe coupling with test port suitable for Flexrite EN14125 Double Wall Petroleum Pipe Systems.

Male Swaged Adapter 1 1/2" Stainless Steel BSPT

This coupling is ideal for applications where a swivel is not required therefore terminations into a flange or where a rotation is not required it is a cost effective alternative.

Pipe Seals
Forecourt Solutions entry boot range is part of the comprehensive ChamberTite range. The range is designed to alleviate the problem of water ingress into containment chambers and sumps and tank and dispenser sumps on petroleum forecourts that have pipework and duct entries. The boot provides a watertight seal to the pipe and to the chamber wall.

The ChamberTite tank sump provides a watertight vacuum testable chamber for all your tank top pipework connections with variable height options between 630 and 1730mm. Ideally suited for installation below our CC0900D400 900mm clear opening lightweight watertight composite manhole cover the chamber has a riser width of 808 mm to allow the safe removal of large tank man-way covers.
Base dimensions are designed to minimise freight costs and are available in 1150 x 1150 mm as standard. Other dimensions available upon request. The three part chamber consists of a base, adjustable height riser and watertight lid. Manufactured from strong rotationally moulded polyethylene the chamber will not corrode, is easy to cut down to suit site burial depths and drill to fit watertight ChamberTite entry boots. Entry boot seals can be provided for your pipe duct and electrical cabling entry requirements.

Dispenser Sumps
Forecourt Solutions is a leading manufacturer of under pump or dispenser containment sumps under our brand of ChamberTite. Our range is sutable for installation beneath all the main manufacturer's of pumps including Petrotec,Tokheim, Gilbarco, Wayne, Scheidt & Bachman, Mepsan and Tatsuno. We provide a range of different sizes to suit Mono,Twin, Quad, 6 Hose,* Hose and 10 Hose Pump/Dispenser configurations. Two width of chamber are provided 460mm and 500mm to suit pump riser and pump fixing positions. The ranges are available with or without fixing frames. Our generic frame design suits most dispenser types however we also offer manufacturer specific frames as well. Simply provide us with the baseplan of the pump or dispenser that you plan to install and we will manufacture a frame to suit. ChamberTite dispenser sumps are designed to fully contain your underpump pipework our 500mmwide chamber are particularly well suited to fusion pipework systems which require more spaced due to larger connection sizes. The dispenser sumps are suitable for use in both suction and pressure applications

Landfill Monitoring Equipment Chambers
A robust watertight low maintenance monitoring equipment chamber designed for use in landfill sites for he monitoring of gas or lechate flow. Chambers are manufactured from high strength polyethylene sheet and have mounts to support monitoring equipment. Entries into the chamber are either prefabricated or can be sealled with entry boots or glands to maintain watertightness. Chamber lids are hinged to easy access for maintanace checks or entirely removable for full access when required. The basic design can be adapted to suit equipment mounting requirements. Chamber require very little maintennace once installed. We can offer a comple end to end construction service including equipment mounting if required.
Seismic Monitoring Chambers
Seismic Chambers form part of the ChamberTite range of containment sumps.
We have supplied a large number of chambers for seismic monitoring around so called "Fracking" installations to monitor for seismic activity. Our composite manhole covers do not restrict data transmission so through cover data transfer is possible avoiding the need to open chambers to interrogate apparatus. Chamber and pipe entries are watertight.

Transformer Bund Sumps
Working on conjunction with a major electrical distribution utility our ChamberTite sumps have been used to simplify the pumping and transfer of potentially contaiminated bund water. Each chamber consist of a large watertight chamber with 4" inlet and 2" outlet. The tops of the chamber are fitted with lightweight high strength composite covers complete with nonslip surface finish. We provide a comprehensive range of sizes ranging from 500mm deep to 1450 mm deep depending upon the layout of your bund and offloading arrangements.

The ChamberTite cable entry bulkhead is part of the comprehensive ChamberTite range from Forecourt Solutions.
The bulkhead is designed to alleviate the problem of water ingress into electrical draw pits, tank & dispenser sumps and other containment chambers that have electrical cable entries. It also prevents cross contamination between linked sumps.

Construction & Utility Cover Range
Forecourt Solutions is pleased to announce a further extension to their extensive range of Composite Covers under the CompositeCovers.com brand. This range is primarily targeted at the construction and utility market places and are particularly suitable for utility type applications. Manhole Security
Safety & Security
Safety & security of an installation can create many different demands for the restriction of access to manholes. In many applications you would wish to restrict access to the chamber beneath the manhole cover only to authorised persons, In other cases you may wish to prevent the theft of the manhole cover or prevent the risk of someone falling into the open chamber once removed. In particularly sensitive installation it maybe a requirement to prevent terrorists or other malicious persons gaining access to further their causes by concealing explosives or possibly attacking the infrastructure below. Forecourt Solutions can offer a range of security solutions to meet all applications.
We have classified them into 4 groups
Low Risk - Low level security designed to deter an opportunistic thieves or pranksters.
Medium Risk - Medium level security designed to deter a premediated thief and persons with criminal intent.
High Risk - Higher Level security for higher risk installations designed to keep out determined organised individual with criminal intent.

In many applications you would wish to restrict access to the chamber beneath the manhole cover only to authorised persons, In other cases you may wish to prevent the theft of the manhole cover or prevent the risk of someone falling into the open chamber once removed. In particularly sensitive installation it maybe a requirement to prevent terrorists or other malicious persons gaining access to further their causes by concealing explosives or possibly attacking the infrastructure below. Drainage Grates
Composite Gully Grates are manufactured from a resin and glass fibre mixture similar to fibreglass. With the publication of the new EN standard in July 2015 composites can be tested and certified to meet the European Standard and will, when the standard becomes harmonised in February 2017, be able to be CE marked. This will allow composite gully grates to be used in all on and off highway applications throughout Europe. Composites offer many advantages over traditional cast and ductile iron gully grates such as lightweight, reduced risk of theft, non conductive, rust-free and non slip. Composite gully grates also use upto 50% less energy in their production thereby offering an enviromentally considerate alternative to traditional cast and ductile alternatives.
Watertight Drawpit Chambers Excluding Manhole Cover
350 x 350 x 500mm Sealed Drawpit Chamber with pedestrian load rated cover suitable for use beneath non watertight covers where watertightness is required. Can be installed with Ductile cast iron covers in highway applications or with Infill trays where matching surface treatments such as block paviors above the drawpit are required. We can supply suitable covers if required.
Duct entries can be positioned in all four faces of the chamber and even in the base if required to suit your installation requirements. The required hole to facilitate the duct entry can be simply drilled thhrough the chamber using a Bi metal hole saw.
