Extract Systems
All fume extraction systems are designed and compliant with BS EN 14175, DW151 and DW154.Our qualified engineers will carry out a full specification survey and design drawings to the highest specification using our AutoCAD system. All designated routes identified during the survey process are initially sent to the client for planning and approval before being placed into manufacture. Depending on the scale and complexity of the system, manufacture can vary between 4-6 weeks from approval of drawings however in some cases this can be improved.
Laboratory Benching
The worktop has a rear overhang on perimeter benching to create a service void. Double width peninsular benching incorporates a central service void below the worktop height.
Maintenance & Commisioning
As well as a moral duty to look after the health and wellbeing of your staff, there is a legal duty under the COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) under regulation 9 which require that measures are taken to provide effective control through the use of local exhaust ventilation must be maintained in effective working order and also in good repair. Every LEV system must be examined and tested at least once every 14 months. All testing is carried out in accordance with regulation and standards including BS EN 14175:2003, COSHH Reg 9, HSG259 and CLEAPSS.
