G&T Training Services, established in 2006, has many years of experience in the plant operator training profession and provides experienced trainers or examiners with a wide range of skills to varied businesses throughout the UK. Our aim is to get businesses the skills they need for safe and effective plant and forklift training including scissor lift training and excavator training when they require further knowledge in the construction and plant industry.

We offer a comprehensive training or assessments package to individuals, large companies and local businesses on their own premises. This is intended to be cost effective at all times. Training courses will fit into the client's current budgets with the flexibility to cause minimal disruption.

G&T Training, managed and run by Gavin Abbott, has been focusing in the plant operator training industry for over 6 years and prides himself on dealing with the need for operator tickets to meet the Health & Safety policy of the client's company whilst meeting the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

In addition, the training or assessment will be delivered to NPORS Ltd standards and unique photographic id cards issued with personal registration numbers, making them just right for proof of operator training on demand. These cards are available once the operators have been tested carrying out their duties to the required safety standards.

G&T Training Services has an expanding customer base throughout the Southwest of England, however training is not restricted to this part of the country and travelling to various other parts of the country is normal for the company.

There is no directly employed staff at their Devon based location, but this is because of the various training locations covered. The freelancers are just as keen to act and deliver a professional standard at any location. All trainers, testers, or examiners are qualified in their chosen fields and are extremely knowledgeable. All will help advise and assist clients whenever the need arises.
