Hollow Soffit Boards

Geoplas hollow soffit boards are 10mm thick and are designed to clad existing and new soffit details. Manufactured from UPVC they offer a low maintenance light weight yet durable capping solution that will last for many years. The Geoplas hollow soffit board range includes 100mm and 300mm wide profiles finished in white and renolit woodgrain window matching foiled finishes.

We also offer hollow soffit board profile in plain colours such as cream, beige, black and brown. Our range of hollow soffit board accessories includes starter ‘J’ trim, joint trim (both available in colours to compliment Geoplas soffit profiles), various ventilation options, corner trims and a flat roof felt starter trim profile.

Cellular Fascia Boards

Geoplas cellular fascia boards are 9mm thick and are designed to clad existing and new soffit details. Manufactured from UPVC they offer a low maintenance light weight yet durable capping solution that will last for many years. The Geoplas fascia board starts at 100mm and runs up to a 400mm deep profile and includes a return leg that provides a water resistant aesthetically pleasing interface with the lower soffit detail.

Standard colours include white, woodgrain foiled finishes and a number of bespoke colours including cream and beige. Finishing trims include corner, joint and finial mouldings; all available in complementary finishes. Over fascia ventilation mouldings provide an alternative or additional method of ventilating the soffit area.

Angles Solid, Flexible & Cellular

Geoplas offer an extensive range of solid, hollow and flexible UPVC plastic angles. Popular sizes are offered in a range of finishes including white and wood grain foiled. Geoplas plastic angles provide and ideal low maintenance cap over or corning detail solution in the construction, fitting or refurbishment of roofline soffits, windows, conservatories and many more general building applications.

Flexible angles, which are actually rigid UPVC angles with a universal joint, can be used to finish various angled corner details.

Our hollow angle provides a thicker stronger profile that is more rigid and has better insulation and cold-bridging properties then standard UPVC angles.

Finishing Trims

The detailing of any installation can make or break the finished product. Geoplas offer a range of finishing trims designed to provide an aesthetically pleasing solution to the finishing, jointing and interface of polycarbonate cellular sheets, hygienic cladding panels and many other general building applications.

Geoplas finishing trims are manufactured from low maintenance UPVC plastic and are available in finishes to match or complement most installations.

Architrave 28mm PVC ‘D’ Section

Geoplas 28mm architrave is primarily used as a window finishing product to provide a neat and professional finish to the interior of UPVC window and door frames. It can also be used as a flat cover strip to provide a neat professional finish.

Fitting tips: The architrave should be cut to the desired length and fixed with double sided tape. The architrave can then be finished with matching silicone to provide a neat presentation.

Eaves Protection Profiles

Eaves protector profiles often called felt support trays provide protection to the eaves and soffit area whilst supporting and providing a finishing point for the roof felt sheet membrane. Eaves protector profiles meet current building regulations on new build and can easily be retro fitted to upgrade existing / older properties.

Whilst assisting in guidance of rain water to the gutter area, Geoplas eaves protectors being manufactured from 100% UPVC are water resistant and will not rot.

Eaves Bird Comb Filler Profile

Geoplas Eaves Comb is designed to protect the roof space from intrusion from birdlife and rodents.

Fitting tips: Eaves Comb should be fitted on top of fascia board before tiles are laid. The comb should be angle away from the roof and secured with clout nails.

Dry Verge Mouldings

The Geoplas dry verge system offers a mortar free low maintenance capping solution that is water resistant, light weight and is easily adjusted for differing run lengths. Available in terracotta and slate grey, our verge cover mouldings, none handed, one piece construction, is complemented by a half round ridge apex end cap.

Whilst enhancing both the look and performance of a roof, Geoplas dry verge plastic mouldings provide weather resistance, durability and longevity whilst retaining the traditional stepped aesthetically pleasing appearance of a tiled or slate roof.

Plastic Render Beads

Our large range of UPVC render beads types include products for internal and external applications. Styles include angle, bellcast and stop beads; and cater for render thicknesses from 3mm to 19mm.

Punched to maximize render adhesion and designed to help achieve an even and neat render finish, our beads are also durable, strong and manufactured from naturally impact resistant, rot proof UPVC.

Deckboard & Trims

Our low maintenance polymer composite deckboards are manufactured using partially recycled UPVC coated by a high performance embossed outdoor grade cap layer. Available in a range of colours to match or complement what ever the application; its modern appearance and resistance to elements offers an attractive solution that is designed to last.

All of our market leading deckboards are manufactured from 100% polymer, recycled materials are used to manufacture them and all are 100% recyclable. Premium Excel boards offer multi-colour processing and dual wood grain patterning. Premium Eco is available in three contemporary plain colours cream, beige and Painswick grey (also known in the window trade as Agate grey). Stylboard offers the next level of style with its luxurious high end finish; high resolution wood and mineral finishes are capped by an embossed, super hard resin cap layer.

Caravan Skirting

Geoplas skirting materials can be used to produce a variety of skirting styles to match and suit most applications.

Geoplas skirting materials are manufactured from weather resistance outdoor grade UPVC and available in colours to match caravans, holiday homes and lodges. We also offer renolit foiled wood grain finishes that match popular UPVC window colours.

Galvanised Steel Sub-Frame

Our steel sub-frame system can and has been used for many applications but its primarily design function is as a long life decking sub-frame; If you are going to fit a polymer or composite deck board, why not fit a sub-frame that is also designed to last.

Geoplas galvanised steel beams are complemented by a range of zinc plasted steel brackets that simply slide onto the beam ends before being fixed in place by self-drilling tech screws. Geoplas will be happy to assist with your sub-frame design and help confirm its load bearing performance. The Geoplas galvanised steel sub-frame system replaces timber sub-frame materials and offers longevity, ease of fitting, strength and the benefits of a product that does not move or twist with age.

Our UPVC hand rails are available in various styles to suit a wide range of applications. Georgian top rails and Madison bottom rail provide a traditional decking hand rail system whilst our oval contemporary rail is often used for ranch style fencing.

Toughened glass balustrade panels are available clear, bronzed and grey tint; glass can add style but can also offer a shelter from the wind whilst relaxing.

UPVC Gates

Both modern and stylish, our UPVC garden, side and driveway gates are a practical alternative to traditional metal or wooden gates. Exceptional strong and utilising a unique welded frame construction, our gates are weather resistant, and will not warp, rot, crack or splinter and will never need sanding, painting or staining. UPVC Fencing

Attractive, practical and suitable for a host of applications, the Geoplas range of ranch, picket and balustrade style fencing offers a fit and forget solution when compared to traditional wooden alternatives. Designed to last, our products are manufactured from high quantity advanced outdoor grade polymers.

Our UPVC plastic fencing offers greater resistance to warping, rotting, cracking and splintering saving hours on maintenance. Whether resistant and low maintenance, our products do not need sanding, painting or staining. Adhesive Tape

Our manufacturing capabilities include the development and production of adhesive tapes. Designed with performance in mind, we offer both specific and general application tapes. The range includes low and high tack tapes, single and double sided, vent tapes, foam tapes and many more.

Geoplas specialist application tapes include aluminium tape, double sided security tape, polycarbonate sheet planking tape, double sided DS trim tape, general application blanking tape and georgian bar tape.

Many standard tapes are available from stock and specials can be developed and or made to order.
