Easyclean Sanichair

A robust, space saving, mobile easy clean commode to transfer patients to the toilet or use with a bedpan . The Easy Clean Sanichair commode has an antibacterial toilet seat and lid, designed to make all areas accessible for thorough cleaning and inspection. With the seat and arms raised the Easy Clean commode nest together to alleviate storage problems.

Economy Transit Chair

The Economy Transit porter chair offers exceptional value for money. Cheap to buy, easy to maintain and extremely robust, the heavy duty transit chair will give years of trouble free service. The chair is mounted on 100mm wheels on the front, and 300mm solid tyred wheels with brakes on the rear.

Escort Lite Portering Chair

The escort lite is a front wheel steer portering chair with ergonomically designed push bar and hand operated brakes. To save space the chairs semi nest together when not in use. The porters wheelchair has a hinged footboard, flip up arms and integral IV pole as standard.

Easy Glide Chair

This is a lightweight chair manufactured for general use within the hospital or home when ease of manoevrability is essential.
Although constructed for lightness the fully welded rigid frame is well able to withstand years of rough handling. Castors are fitted all round, and can be supplied with a foot brake as an extra if required

London Porter Chair

The London Portering Chair, now standard equipment in most leading British hospitals is designed for transporting patients within hospital premises. This porters wheelchair is fitted with robust 200mm diameter wheels at the front and 200mm diameter wheels at the rear. Standard features include an integral drip pole, texutred grip push handle and deep full width tip back footboard.

Bolton Portering Chair

The Bolton porters wheelchair is a spacious and comfortable portering chair mounted on 200mm wheels at the front and 200mm braking castors at the rear. This very stable porters wheelchair is very popular in A & E departments and maternity wards. A large document pocket designed to take X-rays or medical files and tip-up footboard are fitted as standard.
Optional facilities for fitting Drop-Down Arms, Adjustable or telescopic legrests(please advise on ordering which you require), Integral I.V. Drip Pole and Lap & Diagonal Seat Belt, are available.

Phlebotomy Treatment Chairs

Manufactured primarily as a phlebotomy chair but can also be used as a treatment chair in the out-patient department and doctors surgery for minor procedures. The large upholstred armrests are adjustable for height and angle, and easily replaced.
The backrest may be reclined incremently by the operative to the horizontal position, with automatic profiling of the seat and leg rest. A removable step is provided for the patients’s convenience. The chair is fully manouvrable on four 100mm braking castors, and upholstered in flame retardant vinyl fabric to BS5852 in the colour of your choice from the Lionella range please view at below link

Porta 212

A semi nesting portering chair with baggage hooks, drop down arms and full width sliding footrest. Carrying capacity 30 stone.
Optional fittings: Moulded Calf Supports, Basket c/w Integral Cylinder Holder and Push Handle, IV Drip Pole, Seat Belt, Chair Locking Device, Patients Note Holder.

Porta Rainbow

The Porta Rainbow Chair is a non-folding paediatric portering chair for children aged between 4 and 11 years.
Available as a front or rear steering chair, the Porta Rainbow R is a rear steer and Porta Rainbow F a front steer.
The standard chair has a fixed basket with integral oxygen cylinder holder, flip-up footboard and handles to secure the child while in transit.

Royal Nesting Chairs

For ease of manoeuvrability the robust Royal Nesting Portering Chair is front steering with 100mm diameter non-marking grey cushion tyred castors on the front and 200mm wheels with fully adjustable brake assembly at the rear.
Standard features include flip-up arms to facilitate side transfer, and full width tip-back footboard that may be stood upon and support a weight of 22 stones without tipping the chair. This porters wheelchair incorporates many of the build features of our widely used Bolton and London chairs with the advantage of being designed to nest together
This porters wheelchair has been developed to overcome the problem of storing chairs in reception, A&E and X-ray departments where space is at a premium, without risking the growing problem of easy unauthorised removal from your premises. They can be stored as tightly as folding wheelchairs, but will not fit into the boot of a car. For added security, a key/card operated locking device is available to connect the chairs together, as with supermarket trollies.
The standard frame finish is epoxy powder coated Satin Black, with optional facilities for fitting IV pole, bag carriers, seat belt and adjustable leg rests.

Trolley Shop with Newsrack

A shop trolley with inboard wheels a news rack, four graduating baskets and push handle. A cash box and flame retardant cover in the colour of your choice are available as optional accessories.

Compact News Trolley

The trolley has four wire shelves and a cash box. The bottom shelf has a recessed section in the middle for standing bottles, the remaining three shelves are angled to display magazines and newspapers so patients can see them. With push pandles on the front and rear, the trolley is easy to manoeuvre on four braking castors.

Swales Mattress Trolley

The mattress trolley is highly manoevrable mounted on front and rear steering castors, with centrally fixed braked wheels. The Mattress Trolley has the capacity to carry and store two mattresses and a fixed basket for storing bed pumps and cables for inflatable mattresses etc.The mattress trolley is also available to carry 3 or 4 mattresses at any one time please advise which you require at time of order.

Porta Bariatric Chair

With a carrying capacity of 40 stone, the semi nesting Porta Bariatric portering chair c/w drop down arms, solves the growing problem of transporting bariatric patients.

Cylinder Trolley Range

A range of heavy duty hospital cylinder trolleys to hold various sizes of gas cylinders which are retained with a steel bar and epoxy powder coated Light Blue, or Black.

12 Cylinder Trolley

A highly manoeuvrable trolley with capacity for 12 CD, C or D size cylinders. Anti-rattle and chip protectors. Rubber base tray. Powder coat finish: Blue. 100mm front fixed castor. 100mm rear swivel brake castor.

Cylinder Carrier with Support

Support for stability. 2 x Steel retaining bars with wing nut. Powder coat finish: Blue. To hold cylinder sizes F and G. 200mm front wheels. 100mm rear swivel castors.

X-Ray Portering Chair

The X-ray portering chair can reduce patient handling in busy Accident & Emergency and X-ray departments to a minimum. By allowing clear access to the patient by folding down the back and lowering the arms, transfer from the chair is often unncecessary.
This innovative design does not restrict the options usually available on Bradfern portering chairs such as telesopic legrests, I V pole and seat belt. This porters wheelchair is highly manoeuvrable, mounted on 315mm wheels with puncture proof tyres at the rear, and hardwearing 100mm castors at the front. The chair comes complete with a foot operated brake system and large storage basket at the rear.

York Maxi Chair

A front steering portering chair, mounted on 12.5″ wheels with a foot operated brake assembly at the rear and 100mm castors at the front.
The standard chair has a fixed basket with integral oxygen cylinder holder at the rear (designed to take x-rays and medical files) and a useful tray underneath for patients personal belongings. This porters wheelchair is upholstered in flame retardant vinyl fabric to BS5852 in the colour of your choice from the Lionella range.

Buxton Chair

A reclining mobile patient chair with tray, for disabled persons who might otherwise be confined to bed.

York Portering Chair

The York portering Chair is a compact porter chair, mounted on 315mm wheels with a fully adjustable brake assembly at the rear and 100mm castors on the front. This configuration of wheel at the rear, castor at the front makes the chair very manoeuvrable and easy to use. The standard chair has fixed arms, full-width tip-back footboard, together with baskets underneath and on the back of the chair to carry the patients belongings.
