This Hot Melt Glue Gun Reaches full operating temperature in 5 minutes and will run on most voltages from 110v to 240v. Please note: this is an arts and craft glue gun and not designed for industrial / trade use! Forcing the trigger and exceeding the tools capability to deliver glue will result in the trigger breaking.

The narrow profile of the Tec 305-12 aids visibility, allowing the molten Tecbond adhesive to be placed with high accuracy which is idea for bonding delicate items.

Tec 806-15 Low cost medium size industrial 15mm glue gun, eco heater chamber design for low power consumption, robust & easy to use. Medium output, 3 minute warm-up time & illuminated on/off switch.

Can be used in all TEC 12mm glue gun, both Hot Melt and Low Melt. Remember Low Melt helps to reduce the risk of burns!

To begin using the DuraBlue® melter system, simply connect the hose/gun assembly to the melter, mechanically and electrically, and supply power through the attached electrical cord.

TECBOND 266 is a high performance adhesive formulated for Polyofin plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene. This adhesive has a high heat resistance and good low temperature resistance. To achieve a good bond on polypropylene it is important that the bond is made at the highest temperature possible ie > 200˚C Good bonds can be achieved on polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, nylon, rigid PVC, light gauge metals and polystyrene and many other substrates. All bonds should be tested at least 24hours after assembly at both the high and low temperatures they will be expected to withstand in service.

GREEN HMP is a low viscosity cleaning fluid for use in all hose fed hot melt application equipment. GREEN HMP dissolves all hot melt adhesives by reducing the viscosity and loosening decomposed charred material.
