This results in the FlexRange™ capability that only T12HP can provide without the need to switch the measuring range like so called dual range sensors do.

T40B: Nominal (rated) torques from 50 Nm to 10 kNm

T40B is outstanding for its precision, reproducibility and robustness and is particularly well suited for static and dynamic torque measurement. The torque transducer features 0.03% accuracy in terms of linearity including hysteresis, as well as high temperature stability. Combined with the integrated magnetic rotational speed measuring system, it allows for power measurement in the drive train. Non-contact power supply and digital signal transmission guarantee fail-safe and maintenance-free operation. The TIM-EC interface module for EtherCAT and TIM-PN for Profinet ensure maximum performance and high flexibility when integrating the torque and rotational speed signals with cutting-edge test bench systems.

The strain gauge technology-based T22 torque transducer uses non-contacting transmission technology to measure torque, and provides measurement ranges from 0-0.5 Nm up to 0-1 kNm. Its compact design makes it the ideal choice for dynamic and static torque measurement on non-rotating as well as rotating components. Therefore, the T22 is used, for example, in laboratories and end-of-line test benches in the automotive sector and production technology. Due to its two analog outputs (current and voltage), the torque sensor can be easily connected to programmable logic controllers (PLC) and thus, is ideally suited for use in production and process monitoring.

The rotationally symmetric, low-profile U10 force sensor has multiple uses focusing on applications in test benches, material testing machines, and challenging tasks in production. Tensile and compressive forces can be measured.

CFT force transducers are based on piezo technology and reliably measure compressive force from 5 kN to 120 kN as well as very small forces under high initial loads. CFT force transducers are extremely robust and ideally suited for highly dynamic applications such as pressing processes. Moreover, compared to other sensor technologies, they save a lot of space due to their compact design. They have already been pre-stressed and calibrated in two measuring ranges - and thus can be used immediately.

The U1A force sensor is specially designed for measuring small tensile and compressive forces, even when relatively high lateral forces are present. Three different types of mechanical connectors (load application) are available with the transducer: M5 external thread, M5 internal thread, and bolt with nut. The load cell is a true “classic” in our range of products: It has been available with unchanged dimensions and threaded connectors for over three decades. The S2M force transducer is also available as a cutting-edge alternative to this product.

The PW15 and SP4M series load cells have uniform footprint but different characteristics. They enable scales to be designed in a flexible design, thus enabling a wide range of applications. With their different specifications, they are ideal for the food, packaging and chemical industries as well as for trade and agriculture - and ideal for belt, floor, table and loading scales as well as filling and production systems.

- The SP4M certified single point load cell made of aluminum and a very large nominal load range weighs particularly precisely up to Accuracy Class C6 Multitrange and an enormous maximum factor (Y value) of up to 20,000. In addition to explosion-proof versions for potentially explosive atmospheres, the load cell is available with additional options such as different connection cable lengths and balanced output for parallel connection.
- The PW15B single point load cell is made of stainless steel and can therefore be used in a wide range of ambient conditions. It is also available in various explosion-proof versions, as well as with balanced output for optimum use in parallel-connected scales.
- The PW15AH single point load cell is enormously robust, hermetically encapsulated, has the highest possible degree of protection IP68 / IP69K. - - The PW15AH load cell provides stable results under extreme ambient conditions.
- The PW15PH single point load cell is extremely flexible and quickly replaceable thanks to an innovative plug system. With a hermetically welded device plug, it also fulfills protection class IP68 / 69K. The matching connection cables are also available from HBM.

The PW25 provides extremely precise weights for food weighing up to 20 kg (accuracy class C3). With space-saving construction and market-compliant dimensions, the PW25 is easy to use in weigh fillers, multi-head combination weighers and for traditional weighing tasks. The PW25 load cell with IP rating IP69K features extraordinary tightness. Integrated overload protection ensures an overload stability of 1000% the maximum capacity.

In addition it is easy to clean, which makes it especially suitable for hygienically critical applications in the food industry such as filling containers of milk, baby food and yogurt. The load cell is also optionally available as the PW25P with a connector plug for even faster integration.

With the PW27 load cell for aseptic weighing, companies producing and filling food products are well prepared to face future challenges. The PW27 is the first load cell in this maximum capacity range that has been certified by the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). It is suited for filling, packaging and weighing food.

The PW27 load cell is well protected against moisture and extremely robust (protection class IP68/IP69K). It is prepared for cleaning with steam jets. Even cable plugs are especially protected. The integrated overload protection is up to 1,000% of the maximum capacity. This means that the load cell does not break even if someone is accidentally stepping on it, e.g. during cleaning.

Optionally, it is also available as version PW27P with connector for even faster integration and exchange in machines.
