One torque sensor, multiple functions − only T12HP can do this. Its superior basic accuracy guarantees precise values over the entire measurement range. This results in the FlexRange™ capability that only T12HP can provide without the need to switch the measuring range like so called dual range sensors do.

The U1A force sensor is specially designed for measuring small tensile and compressive forces, even when relatively high lateral forces are present. Three different types of mechanical connectors (load application) are available with the transducer: M5 external thread, M5 internal thread, and bolt with nut. The load cell is a true “classic” in our range of products: It has been available with unchanged dimensions and threaded connectors for over three decades. The PW15 and SP4M series load cells have uniform footprint but different characteristics. They enable scales to be designed in a flexible design, thus enabling a wide range of applications. With their different specifications, they are ideal for the food, packaging and chemical industries as well as for trade and agriculture - and ideal for belt, floor, table and loading scales as well as filling and production systems.

- The SP4M certified single point load cell made of aluminum and a very large nominal load range weighs particularly precisely up to Accuracy Class C6 Multitrange and an enormous maximum factor (Y value) of up to 20,000. In addition to explosion-proof versions for potentially explosive atmospheres, the load cell is available with additional options such as different connection cable lengths and balanced output for parallel connection.
- The PW15B single point load cell is made of stainless steel and can therefore be used in a wide range of ambient conditions. It is also available in various explosion-proof versions, as well as with balanced output for optimum use in parallel-connected scales.
- The PW15AH single point load cell is enormously robust, hermetically encapsulated, has the highest possible degree of protection IP68 / IP69K. - - The PW15AH load cell provides stable results under extreme ambient conditions.
- The PW15PH single point load cell is extremely flexible and quickly replaceable thanks to an innovative plug system. With a hermetically welded device plug, it also fulfills protection class IP68 / 69K. The matching connection cables are also available from HBM.

The PW27 is the first load cell in this maximum capacity range that has been certified by the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). It is suited for filling, packaging and weighing food.

The PW27 load cell is well protected against moisture and extremely robust (protection class IP68/IP69K). It is prepared for cleaning with steam jets. Even cable plugs are especially protected. The integrated overload protection is up to 1,000% of the maximum capacity. This means that the load cell does not break even if someone is accidentally stepping on it, e.g. during cleaning.

Whether for building industry tanks, coal bunkers or tanks for liquids and gases, the C16 weigh module has the specific properties required and is available for all applications.

All the weighing modules, whether galvanized or made of stainless steel, are fitted with integrated stay rods to absorb the horizontal forces, such as typically occur with wind loads. Anti-liftoff devices are included in the design as an accessory and can be easily fitted by the user when required.

The metrological heart of the module is the C16 selfrestoring pendulum load cell, which is available in various versions.
