Hollowrapper Dispenser
The Hollowrapper is the first Inline pre-stretching dispenser designed for coreless stretch film. This product enables every operative to wrap each and every pallet to the same standard.
• The Hollowrapper uses a design which gives a non adjustable pre determined amount of stretch.
• The Hollowrapper stretches the film as it is applied giving complete pallet wrapping consistency.
• The Hollowrapper reduces the need for excessive bending when wrapping the bottom of the pallet.
• No more pallets that are loosely wrapped; this in turn will reduce or eliminate pallet failures in transit.

Hollowrap Ltd. are a UK supplier & manufacture of stretch film packaging products, not only do we supply our innovative Coreless stretch film, we also offer cored machine rolls.
Although these are not coreless they are produced on very thin walled cores so also reduce packaging waste.
The film quality is excellent and out competes thicker gauge films in like for like application.
Products offered include 17mu and 15mu film thicknesses as standard.
Other thickness are available in large order quantities.
Thinner walled cores mean more rolls per pallet − 50 rolls per pallet (rather than the standard 46)!
Every rolld bagged, added protection once the pallet is opened.

About us
Hollowrap Ltd manufacture and supply a wide range of coreless stretch film rolls and dispensers including our geared roller Hollowrap dispensers which do the stretching for you and are absolutely perfect for pallet wrap stretch film applications, you simply just walk around the pallet and the geared rollers provide a constant wrap and load stability.
This coreless system offers the end user many advantages such as reduced waste and disposal costs along with reduced storage space and transport costs. These systems also provide 100% usage and guaranteed film lengths with absolutely no loss of performance, and most importantly they reduce the environmental damage caused by sending waste to landfill sites.
At present Hollowrap products are a main focus for customers throughout the UK. However, after receiving a great deal of interest from outside of the UK we are looking to expand even further by branching out to more and more customers around the world.
