Open and close service is a service that HSS security offer. Knowing that your property will be opened promptly for your staff by a trained SIA licenced officer gives you the peace of mind that the start and end to your day is done in the right way.

About our open and close service?
Our locking and unlocking operative turns up at an agreed time, every day − usually a few minutes before the last member of your team is due to leave. They perform an internal security check to make sure there is nobody left in the building, as well as closing and locking all windows. If you require, they can also switch off lights and appliances for you. Once satisfied that the building is empty, they will set your alarm and lock up.

As with the unlocking down process, our security professionals will be at your property in plenty of time for the first member of your team to show up. They will unlock the building ahead of time, disable the alarms, carry out routine checks throughout the building once they are satisfied that everything is in order, they will remain on site until your employees arrive.
