Driven by the latest in recirculating Xaar print head technology, with available print widths for varnish from 70mm to 490mm at a printing resolution of 720 x 720dpi.
Printing resolution of 720 x 720dpi with 3 grey levels at 50mpm. By decreasing resolution in the print direction speeds of up to 100mpm are possible.

i-JET600 Varnish - Produce a Flexo Quality Flat Varnish
Based on the proven Kyocera print head technology, with available print widths for varnish from 108mm to 556mm.
Laydown resolution of 600 x 600dpi with 3 grey levels at 50mpm. By decreasing resolution in the print direction, speeds of up to 150mpm (UV) are possible.

Highly Innovative Barcoding & Marking
We offer a wide range of monochrome and CMYK industrial inkjet modules for retrofitting to existing narrow and mid-web printing presses.
We work in partnership with Daco Solutions (and other machine OEM’s on request) to supply complete CMYK printing solutions.
Other equipment types that can be upgraded to include an inkjet module are offline converting systems and inspection machines.
Variable Data
Our solutions provide an inline facility for producing variable data and / or changing full colour images on a pre-printed or plain label − a feature of particular interest to print buyers needing brand, market, language or product variations. Create your own variable data directly from Excel, Access, dbase, xml and html files for instant transfer.
Barcodes
Our versatile variable data software package enables you to effortlessly create barcodes, 2D codes including QR codes, data (in any format), batch numbering and print them onto labels, tags, direct mail, security products and forms with minimum set up time.
i-JET600 Pharmacode - Pharmaceutical Printing
Inkjet Solutions supply TIJ2.5 plug and play Thermal Inkjet Technology, it is easy to install and has an extremely small foot print. A single print head has a width of 12.7mm and up to four print heads can be stitched together to create a 2 inch wide print zone. A maximum of 16 heads can be streamed across the web in lanes, with printing speeds of up to 152 meters a minute at 300dpi x 300dpi.
Clean and easy to use cartridge based technology with multiple ink types available (Water based / Solvent / UV Invisible / UV cure). Bulk ink delivery supply systems also available. Thermal Inkjet Systems offer small drop sizes coupled with ink reduction tools for better drying and zero set off without speed compromise.
Product protect signal simulation with splice detection means you’ll never miss another number.
Inkjet Solutions i-JET600 Pharmacode provides superb reliability with minimal downtime. Should remote software support be required we provide this through Team viewer.

i-JET600 Secure - Enhanced Data Security
Built around the market leading i-JET600 Label model, with available print widths for monochrome up to 600mm, CMYK upon request.
Utilising our secure data platform, manager dongles can seamlessly create new jobs, bespoke data files and link to print layout file. Print jobs and data files may not be resubmitted unless authorised by a manager dongle. Created / imported data files are marked complete and will not be reimported into the software, ensuring data duplicates are not possible. Live data is not accessible and is fully protected.
Once production has started the job data is automatically sent to the i-JET600 Secure print system and automatically updates the camera job layout. When printing commences the camera records data printed and grades the 1D / 2D codes and creates a printed data file which can be interrogated and reported during the quality control process once production is completed. Any codes that do not meet the expected grade or are lost due to manufacturing errors can simply be added to the reprint file, these files are fully logged and reported, with a final production report in a secure pdf format.
