Anprolene AN75

The only FDA-cleared, room-temperature gas sterilizer. Recommended for all medical providers.
Building on Anprolene’s established reputation for efficiency and dependability,
the next generation AN75 series achieves even more consistent sterilization results.
An interactive touchscreen menu combines with component updates to provide the most versatile and effective sterilization system on the market.

AN-79.16 - Refill Kit

The standard Anprolene refill kit comes with ampoules and liner bags for 14 cycles. The ampoules and liner bags are packaged in a convenient storage/dispenser box. Each ampoule contains 17.6 g of EtO and the liner bag (sterilisation chamber) holds up to 40 l. This kit is suitable for use with any Anprolene steriliser.

AN-87 - Dosimeters for Anprolene

The Andersen Dosimeters are chemical integrators that provide the operator with an immediate visual assurance that the requirements for sterilisation have been fulfilled. Provided the load has seen sufficient EtO, for long enough, at a high enough temperature, the blue line will go past the blue triangle mark.

AN-1071 - Humidichips

The Humidichip® is a unique product, designed as a relative humidity stabiliser for Andersen sterilisation system. It ensures that the humidity inside the liner bag is in the required 35%-90% range throughout the sterilisation cycle.Humidity is required for EtO to be an effective steriliant. In heated cabinets, Humidichips should always be used. In ambient temperature cabinets, Humidichips may not always be necessary. However their use ensures effective sterilisation without having to assess and monitor ambient conditions.

AN-2203 - Biological Indicators

These self-contained biological indicators (BIs) set the gold standard for sterility assurance. They contain a minimum of 1x106 Bacillus atrophaeus spores. No need for aseptic conditions as they are self-contained, with the growth media stored inside the BI in a glass vial. Results are available in just 48 hours.

AN-5100.11 - Abator

Abator cabinet removing over 99% of EtO from the exhaust stream. For use with Anprolene and Series 4 sterilizer cabinets.

EOGas Series 4

The EOGas Series 4 is a 50 °C or 30 °C cycle, bench top cabinet with active aeration. 4 cycles are available, the fastest being just 3½ hours at 50 °C. The Series 4 is the fastest EtO steriliser available, delivering 10-6 SAL. It involves minimal installation requirements: just a 2.6 cm PVC hose to the outside with the wall plate provided. There are no water or vacuum lines required.

AN-1006 - Refill Kit

This Refill Kit comes with ampoules, liner bags, Humidichips and Dosimeters for 25 cycles. Each ampoule contains 11 g of EtO and the liner bag (sterilisation chamber) holds up to 60 l. Each liner bag should be vacuum sealed prior to loading into the steriliser.

EOGas Series 3

The EOGas Series 3 cabinets offer 10-6 SAL sterilisation and aeration in the one free standing cabinet. Cycle can be tailored to particular requirements by varying temperature, cycle length, gas charge and liner bag size. Standard, batch and industrial modes available. Printed labels and cycle record. These sterilisers deliver highly effective and safe sterilisation of the widest range of items in a gentle, single process. They are suitable for re-sterilisation in a healthcare facility or for a medical device manufacturer.

AN-2018.00 - Refill Kit

This Refill Kit comes with ampoules for 50 cycles. Each ampoule contains 17.6 g of Ethylene Oxide. Note that this kit only contains ampoules. It does not include sterilisation bags.

Sterilisation Services for Vets

If your true sterilisation requirements are infrequent or small, off-site sterilisation may be your best option. Andersen Products now offer sterilisation services specially tailored for vet clinics.

Solutions for Hospitals & Laboratories

Andersen Products is now the only company offering Ethylene Oxide sterilisation cycle times as low as 3 hours. Aeration in the cabinet reduces residual EtO levels, so even a flexible endoscope can be in use again in 3½ hours. The EOGas4™ has been approved by the FDA for the sterilisation of endoscopes. The 30 °C EOGas4™ cycle successfully sterilises medicated stents, whilst preserving the biological activity of the drug coating

Our EOGas3™ cabinets are able to run up to 20 loads independently at any one time. 10-6 SAL sterilisation and aeration in the one free standing cabinet. The temperature parameters can be adjusted from 40 °C - 55 °C making it suitable for most devices.

Both systems are available for in-house or sterilisation at our premises in Essex!.

AN-301 - TinyTag Probe

Robust, lightweight, splash proof case. The unit has a capacity of 32,000 readings with programmable logging interval (1sec − 10 days) and delayed start (up to 45 days), as well as user programmable alarms. Data is downloaded through a USB cable and may be easily viewed saved and exported using the Tinytag explorer software.

AN-2205.10 - Incubator

14 well incubator for use with AN2203 self-contained biological indicators. One well is reserved for the thermometer which allows the operator to confirm the correct temperature is being achieved. A light on the unit indicates when it is up to temperature.
