Honeywell N4680 Compact Decoded 2D

The N4680 barcode scan engine is a one piece design, fully decoded 2D scan engine that utilizes Honeywell’s latest imaging and decoding technology.
Drop-in replacement for the N3680.
Honeywell’s next generation, compact decoded N4680 2D scan engine is available
in either TTL serial or USB versions, both with an industry-standard, 12-pin ZIF
connector. To provide an easier migration path for customers using its predecessor,
the Honeywell N3680, the N4680 scan engine is the same mechanical size and
features the same mounting holes and electrical pin-out to create a drop-in
replacement. For legacy customers using the Gen5 5×00 and EAxx platforms, the
N4680 engine provides an upgrade path to better performance in a more compact
one-piece package

Warehouse and distribution centre operation managers need barcode scanning solutions that can read barcodes at close distances as well as those farther away, such as package labels on shelves as high as 10 cm to 20 m [4 in to 66 ft]. OMRON LVS-9585 DPM Barcode Verifier

The LVS-9585 handheld DPM barcode verifier adds advanced lighting options and powerful software functionality. The new auto-find feature enables users to automatically find the DPM symbol within the verifier field of view, and cycle through the lighting settings to find the lighting type that works best with the specific DPM marking and material substrate. The LVS-9585 can test both DPM parts as well as printed labels to a broad variety of global application standards, and provides comprehensive quality analysis and reporting features.

Axicon 15000 Series 1D/2D Barcode Verifiers

Features & Benefits
ISO/IEC-compliant verification of both linear and 2D barcodes. Each linear symbol is analysed automatically using ten scans through the barcode height, as specified by ISO/IEC 15426-1. Each barcode can be verified at any orientation so using the Axicon 15000 series verifiers requires no special expertise.

The software enables symbology auto-discrimination, automatic variable aperture, scan saving and loading, and display of x-dimension and magnification. The data content of each symbol can also be analysed using optional plugins for the software, which is available in five languages.

Traceability features include the ability to save raw data files which can also be used for remote diagnostic support. The software is available free of charge, and continually updated to ensure it meets the latest requirements of the relevant ISO/IEC standards, and other applications.

Barcode Validation Systems

Identify Direct’s Checkrite validators are simple to install and easy to use, high speed online, they check every product, are low cost / high value and no PC is needed. They are used extensively in factory production lines to prevent mis-labelling.

Checkrite validators are stand-alone systems fitted to a production line and comprise a control box, a scanner and a sensor. They are PLC (programmable logic controller) based systems that can provide a visual indication of the validity of a barcode, as well as the ability to halt the line and display a red alarm if an incorrect barcode is scanned.

The latest Checkrite will scan several barcoded products every second. It can be integrated with a wide range of high speed industrial barcode readers and can be customised to suit individual requirements, with extra programmable features.
