GDPR Compliant Paper Consoles

Our consoles are manufactured and assembled here in the UK from premium material and are built to be solid and sturdy to safely store your confidential waste paperwork. Your members of staff can deposit their waste paper through the narrow 35mm tamper proof slot at the top of the front of the console to keep your business paperwork securely locked down prior to collection.

Shredded Paper Console Collection

On an agreed schedule, a vetted Identity Destruction member of staff with their master key will collect the full sack of paper from within your console and exchange with an empty sack. The full sack is then transported in a GPS tracked vehicle to one of our CCTV managed shredding facility’s and cross shredded. A Certificate of Destruction is supplied after each collection.

Confidential Paper Shredding

Our powerful shredders cross shred your paperwork to just 8mm and for total peace of mind you are able to watch the entire process from start to finish. Please note we issue a Certificate of Destruction via email for your records.

Magnetic Media Shredding

Identity Destruction also provides a shredding service for your magnetic media which includes floppy disks, photographs, X-rays, CD’s & DVD’s, film negatives, VHS tapes, sim cards and cassettes. These items also get shredded to just 8mm and you are able to watch the process as you wait.

Digital Data Destruction

If you have personal or business PC’s or Laptops that have become redundant and you are concerned with the digital data held on the internal hard drive, you are able to bring your computer in to our Chichester Branch and our bespoke hard drive destroyers mechanically annihilate your hard drive, guaranteeing your digital information is 100% unreadable.

Bespoke Hard Drive Destruction

Sensitive material stored on old PCs and Laptops is like gold dust to identity thieves. Email details, home and business addresses, utility bills, bank statements, telephone numbers, various account passwords etc. are what identity criminals thrive on.

Collecting Hard Drives

We are able to collect your hard drives direct from your home or office at the same time as collecting your Sacks for secure shredding.

If you do not know how to remove the hard drive from your PC or laptop, we can collect the entire machine and remove the hard drives ourselves prior to destruction. We then recycle the redundant PC or laptop carcass after the destruction process at no extra charge.

Identity Destruction offer the highest level of security with our high torque ‘cross’ shredders, shredding paper to a mere 8mm compared to the industry standard of 16-22mm. All shredding is carried out under CCTV surveillance allowing you to watch as your confidential data is being destroyed.

Document Collection
Our console shredding service caters for paperwork to be collected from your office or workplace with documents securely locked down prior to transit and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which took effect May 2018.

Hard Drives
Any hard drives are destroyed by multiple holes being pierced through the internal disk of the hard drive making it 100% unreadable and utterly annihilated.
