Drive-In Pallet Racking

Drive in pallet racking is undoubtedly the most efficient solution when it comes to bulk storage of goods often achieving up to 90% of space utilisation. By eliminating operating aisles between racks, forklifts simply enter the storage lanes to deposit and extract pallets. This can be via a first in, last out (FILO) method with just one access aisle. If goods can be accessed from both sides, first pallet in is first one out (FIFO). This system is particularly useful in cold stores where the efficient use of space minimises costs in a temperature-controlled environment.

Adjustable (APR) Pallet Racking

Adjustable pallet racking (APR), is a fully adaptable and flexible logistical solution. This type of racking can be used in narrow and wide aisle configurations. Beams can be added or removed, raised or lowered depending on stock, size and volume requirements.

Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Pallet Racking

If floor space is limited, VNA racking will allow you to make the most of your warehouse by reducing the aisle widths, therefore allowing more racking runs to be installed on a smaller footprint.

Mobile Shelving

Carton Flow Shelving

Multi-Tier Shelving

Ikon multi-tiered systems are supported by either pallet racking or shelving to eliminate the need for a structural floor. Where limited floor space is available, this is a cost effective solution that can increase capacity by up to 60% whilst also reducing picking times.

Longspan Shelving

Built to survive the test of time, Ikon longspan shelving is versatile, easily accessible and allows storage or up to 1000kg of distributed weight on each deck. It is available in a range of bay widths and heights that are adjustable depending on the stock being stored. An all- round great solution to maximising space in all warehouse units.
