We supply rough industrial diamonds selected for the various diamond tooling requirements of our customers.
This includes materials used in the most common types of diamond tooling such as single point dressers, cluster and multi-point dressers, cone point dressers, diamond chisels and blade type dressing tools. Other more specialist tooling applications may include turning tools, contact lens tools, indenters / hardness testers, glass cutters, scribing tools and other measurement tooling.

Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN) is the second hardest material to diamond offering superior performance and thermal stability when machining ferrous metals and superalloys.
We offer a full range of CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) grits starting at 40/50 US mesh (B427 FEPA) down to 325/400 US mesh (B46). Our range is extensive in order to support customs producing resin bond, vitrified bond and electroplated tooling.

CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) is the process by which CVD Diamond material is produced. CVD Diamond is grown either on the surface of a material as a coating or as a freestanding thick film wafer. These two types are often referred to as thin film or thick film diamond. The types of diamond produced also vary in type and quality depending on their use. CVD Diamond has no binder which is why this diamond has such a superior performance in tool life over PCD for example.
With diamond being unique in hardness and thermal conductivity, the development of CVD Diamond has opened up new uses within new industries.

Our PCD Diamond (Polycrystalline Diamond on a WC Substrate) materials have been developed to offer the ultimate material for each application giving diamond tool manufacturers the options needed to meet the demands of their customers. As a long-term supplier of PCD-Diamond, we have a good understanding of what our customers need.

The indab-PCBN range of Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride material includes a wide variety of PCBN offering something for every application with additional semi-finished tools to help increase productivity.
Our PCBN materials have been developed to offer the ultimate material for each application giving the tool producer the options needed to meet the demands of their customers.

It is commonly used in special dressing and turning applications that require very different dimensions and crystal orientation to perform the required task.

Natural Diamonds can now be laser cut to a wide variety of shapes and sizes thanks to modern advances in laser technology. In recent months, we have found an increase in enquiries for special types of natural diamond to help the tool maker reduce costs in tool production and we have taken note.
We are now able to offer our clients natural diamonds specially cut to size and shape as shown in photos below.

Our processed longs are primarily used in blade type fixed dressing tools and rotary / roller dressers.

Sizes range from 4 to 150 stones per carat and are available in various assortments of shape and quality. If you need a special assortment we can discuss this with you.

These materials are prepared using special processes which can be modified to alter the diamond shape and the surface of the diamonds to suit your particular requirements.

Our diamond lapping compound is proven to achieve excellent results and can be tailor made to your personal preference in colour and even diamond sizing if you have special requirements.
Delivered in syringes of varying size makes this product easy to apply when in use.
