Electronics & Displays

We have a range of Metro digital Displays for analogue & digital sensors available in a wide range allowing for simple to complex applications, depending on customers requirements.All Metro displays feature serial communication and digital I/O to allow PLC, PC.

Digital readouts from Magnescale have series compatible with digital gauge series and linear scales.

We also supply our own transducer conditioning module which which is designed for use with most LVDT and Half bridge transducers.

Encoders

We supply a wide range of standard & bespoke encoders from both Precizika metrology and Magnescale. Applications include automation & motion control, CNC machines, defence & military and high precision machine tools.

Gauging Probe

We supply high quality measuring probes for a range of applications. Analogue gauging transducers from Peter Hirt offer superior performance which is difficult to match in its class. While Magnescale and Solartron Metrology digital gauges continue to push the limits for what is possible in a small form factor.

Hand / Workshop Tools

We supply a full range of hand / workshop tools designed for small scale workshops to large calibration laboratories. Products include callipers to gauge block, snap gauges to radius measuring instruments and instruments for marine propellers.

Our instruments are made by our partner in house, from raw material to end product ensuring superior quality.

Material Testing

Magnescale open core scale systems SR721SP series and feedback system for rolling mills offer a flexible measurement solution for customers.

SR721SP series comprises of the HA721SP + MSS975R + MD20B

Rolling mill system comprises of HA705LK + MSS976R + MD50

Magnescale Feedback Scale System

Specifically developed for use in rolling mills, the reader head HA-705LK features waterproof performance equal to IP67.

Magnescale MD20B Interpolator

Interpolator unit for position control compatible with the SR721-SP series.

Generates A/B quadrature output signal with a resolution of 0.1 μm for feedback to an NC unit and up/down output signal for a display unit.

Magnescale MD50 Interpolator

Feedback scale system for rolling mills, Interpolator MD50-2N & MD50-4N offers high reliability and many functions to comply with a variety of equipment. The feedback control system can be incorporated into custom equipment racks.

Magnescale SR721-SP Series

The SR721-SP series consists of an unrestrained detection head (HA-721SP, 726SP) and rod scale unit (MSS-975R, 977R) from the Magnescale system. By designing a suitable retaining structure, the product can be used to build a compact Magnescale position detection system that meets the users specific needs

Thread Gauges

Our Thread Gauge Feelers are from Peter Hirt are available from the smallest size 0-200 (ball diameter 0.200 mm) up to size 12 (ball diameter 4.000 mm).

The current smallest size Thread Gauge Feeler 0-200 with a ruby ball diameter of 0.200 mm, is sized for the measurement of threads to size M1.7.

The Thread Gauge Feelers are available individually or in a protective wooden box as a 12pc, 13pc or 14pc set.

Innovative Measurement Technology became Magnescale's UK distributor in 2020. A partnership with Bowers Group in 2021 provided the company with access to Bowers' own products and other well-known metrology brands.
