System Design & Drawings
Each system that is taken from concept to commissioning has been carefully developed by our Design Team to be presented in 2D, and where applicable 3D format, using the latest Autodesk software packages. This allows us to create a ‘General Arrangement’ of the system layout, ensuring that the client understands every aspect of the system’s design before moving onto the manufacturing stage. Furthermore, our extensive knowledge and experience enable us to overcome any issues our clients may have quickly and reliably.

Our head office is based in Cheshire, and we manufacture all our bespoke industrial parts from our purpose-built manufacturing facility FabriSYS, to the north of Manchester.

Pump Skids
Many LTHW (Low Temperature Hot Water), process cooling systems require a pumping system with standby functionality. Some also require expansion vessels, dosing capacity and automatic top-up for maintaining system pressure − as well as this, circuit control via flow, pressure or temperature and conductivity monitoring is often required.
With integratedAIR Systems, all of this can be built into a single, prefabricated pumping skid with a PLC control panel to operate the system. The controls can be pre-wired and tested on the skid to ensure a system is delivered that you as the client can simply plug and play for ease of use.
