Conveyor Rollers

Conveyor Rollers

Conveyor rollers from the market leader

Interroll, the world’s leading provider of solutions for use in internal logistics, has already manufactured five hundred million conveyor rollers, also known as Steel Rollers, PVC Rollers and Slave Rollers. This underlines our company’s leading international position with key products for use in internal logistics. Rollers from Interroll are the products of choice for transporting containers and pallets in the distribution centers of postal and courier services, mail order companies, airports and production plants, but also in other industries such as supermarkets and the e-commerce sector.
Magnetic Speed Controller MSC 50

Magnetic Speed Controller MSC 50

Brilliant speed control

Decline roller conveyors are the cost-effective solution for many areas of intralogistics, in which boxes, containers, and cardboard boxes have to be brought together and accumulated for picking. But an optimum technical implementation has been lacking. The difficulty lies in finding the right slope for a reliable function even for large weight differences with completely different shapes and sizes. Light goods must start moving in a reliable manner, and heavy containers must not experience uncontrolled acceleration so they could actually cause any damage.

RollerDrive

RollerDrive

The RollerDrive from Interroll is an encapsulated 24 VDC brushless motor drive for use in a wide range of conveyor systems. Thanks to its wide range of controls with special interfaces, the RollerDrive can be easily integrated into the applications.
Controls & Drivers

Controls & Drivers

The simple cabling and configuration ensures quick installation and immediate start-up. This is an opportunity to speed up your business and you will appreciate the benefits. The easy-to-install and most energy-efficient 24 Volt portfolio reuses your existing frames to update your conveyors to zero-pressure accumulation.
Belt Drives

Belt Drives

Interroll Drum Motors have been specifically designed for belt conveyors and associated material handling equipment.
Checkout Drives

Checkout Drives

Interroll offers dedicated core technologies for belt conveyors for all supermarket applications.
Pallet Drive

Pallet Drive

With the new space saving Interroll Pallet Drive, design and installation of the driven pallet conveyors is very easy.
Belt Pulleys

Belt Pulleys

Interroll idler and drive pulleys are an alternative option to our long established drum motor conveyor belt drive system. Interroll has developed the modular Platform 7000 pulleys for use in belt conveyor applications where it is not possible to install drum motors or where geared motors are preferred. These precision made pulleys are easily installed and can be supplied with or without bearings. The drive pulleys are produced with an extended shaft and key-way on one side for direct coupling to a geared motor, chain sprocket or V-pulley.
Roller Conveyors: Non-powered

Roller Conveyors: Non-powered

Straight RM 8110

The non-powered straight roller conveyor transports materials either manually or via gravity down a slope and is used as an assembly and picking line.

The Magnetic Speed Controller 50 can be installed for controlled speed regulation. These gearless, mechanical eddy current brakes reliably decelerate materials from 0.5 kg up to 35 kg, and increase functionality and safety in the workplace. For more information, please contact your Interroll contact person.
Curve RM 8120

Curve RM 8120

The non-powered roller conveyor curve changes the transport direction of materials. Material is manually pushed around the curve. The alignment of the material is maintained within the side frames by tapered rollers.
Ball Table RM 8130

Ball Table RM 8130

The ball table transports materials with a solid bottom in any direction using very little force. It is especially suitable for workstation & inspection areas. So that a ball table can be combined with other conveyors, it is installed in a standard side profile.
Omni Wheel Table RM 8140

Omni Wheel Table RM 8140

The omni wheel table with multi-directional wheels is particularly well suited for workstation and inspection areas and for materials with soft bottoms that can be moved in all directions with very little force.
Belt Conveyors - Straight BM 8350

Belt Conveyors - Straight BM 8350

The Belt Conveyor Light is a belt conveyor that is divided into zones and operates with zero pressure accumulation; its drive is based on the 24 V RollerDrive. It is possible to transport and accumulate small products, as well as products not suitable for roller tracks. Not suitable for reversing operation.
Belt Conveyors - Curve BM 8360

Belt Conveyors - Curve BM 8360

The Belt Curve Light is a belt curve that is divided into zones and operates with zero pressure accumulation; its drive is based on the 24 V RollerDrive. It is possible to transport and store small products, as well as products not suitable for roller tracks. Not suitable for reversing operation.
Process Automation

Process Automation

Batch and sequencing conveying systems for the transport in production, processing and cleaning systems are configured as tailor-made solutions considering specific needs.

Automated inward and outward transportation machinery, vacuum dryers, sluice rooms, tipping and filling stations, metering units and many more complete the robust conveyor lines, which steadily secure the feeding and discharging even of heavy goods according to the specific needs of various work processes.
Interroll High Performance Divert

Interroll High Performance Divert

The High Performance Divert (HPD) is used for diverting unit loads, preferably with smooth bottom surfaces, at different angles onto a lateral track to the right or to the left. The HPD is available in two drive variants:
Transfer RM 8731

Transfer RM 8731

The Transfer 24 V is used for diverting or merging onto a roller track suitable material at a 90° angle. In the process, the unit load changes direction and its orientation, i.e. the side of the product will now be the leading edge after the transfer.
Lift-Up Gate RM 8830

Lift-Up Gate RM 8830

The lift-up gate swivels upward to provide a walkway, or access from one side of the conveyor to the other. This allows access to the rear of the conveyor, and the ability to plan quicker escape routes, in case of an emergency. The pivoting movement is operated by an innovative rotary mechanism.
End Stop RM 8811

End Stop RM 8811

The end stop is a permanently mounted attachment, for stopping and accumulating of approaching material. The end stop is used at the end of sloped or friction roller conveyors, or as a secure termination of all other conveyor lines.
Blade stop RM 8812

Blade stop RM 8812

The Interroll blade stop is an electrically operated stop that is raised between the roller pitches in order to stop or accumulate material. Stops are often used in conjunction with conveyor components, such as transfers and pushers, to align products or coordinate processes.
Lift RM 6006

Lift RM 6006

The lifting station consists of a column construction and a carriage upon which a roller conveyor is mounted. A worm gear motor with brake is used as a drive unit to raise and lower the carriage via a belt.
Pusher ST 6110

Pusher ST 6110

The pusher pushes materials away at a 90° angle to the conveying direction. This is done gently despite high speeds, thanks to the electrically powered crank mechanism
First In - First Out: Principle

First In - First Out: Principle

In FIFO configuration (First In - First Out), the pallets are loaded in the gravity lanes on the entry side (the highest point). The slope then carries the pallets from the loading point to the retrieval point. When a pallet is unloaded, the next pallet automatically takes its place thereby ensuring that the goods are constantly available.

FIFO stock management guarantees stock rotation as the first pallet to be loaded in a lane is the first pallet available at the picking face on the retrieval side. This management method is particularly efficient for perishable goods.

Entry guide
Entry guides form the lanes.
Full length guide
Full length guides maintain loads in the lane axis.
Fixed at the unloading side on the wheel tracks, the brake clip reduces the impact of loads on the unloading beam.
Fixed at the loading side on the wheel track, the back stop avoids loads to fall out of the lane at the rear if the operator pushes back the loads from the unloading side.
