Quality Forklift Forks

Effectively lift and transport loads with our range of forklift fork extensions and replacement forks for forklift trucks and telehandlers. Our forks are designed to speed up your operations while maintaining safety standards. Forks are available in a variety of widths and lengths to suit your needs, and as we manufacture to stock, many products are available straight away.

A Range of Forklift Fork Extensions

Effectively extend the standard length of your forks with our range of forklift fork extensions. If your work calls for handling long or awkward loads, you’ll know that safety and efficiency are a top priority. That’s why we have specifically designed our fork extensions to ensure your operations run as productively as possible while maintaining safety standards.

Crane Pallet Fork Cage

Designed for the safe lifting of brick packs, blocks and other building materials at height, whilst also providing safety for any potential collapsed loads during operation, which helps to eliminate any risk to the operators safety.

Wheelie Bin Stack Lifter

Designed to lift 2 stacks of 120 or 240 litre wheelie bins 14 high, or 1 stack of 1100 litre bins, to a maximum lifting capacity of 500kg.
The attachment is held in place on the forklift by heel pin retention with forks up to 1200mm long, or thumbscrew retention if longer (dependent upon truck fork design).

Alternative versions available to handle triple or quad stacks of bins.
Simply attach the lifter to the forks, drive forward to the front face of the bin & lift. The attachment will fit into the recesses under the top lip & lift safely & securely on standard bin configurations, to allow vehicle loading / emptying with reduced manual handling effort.

Crane Mounted Access Platform

With the option of both Crane Slung or Fork Mounting as standard, this Access Platform delivers multiple usage from a single attachment, which encompasses many characteristics of the IAP range. More commonly used in a construction environment via an overhead crane.

Fork Mounted Multi-Cylinder Gas Bottle Handler

Our Fork Mounted Multi-Cylinder Gas Bottle Handler has been designed to facilitate the safe movement of various Gas Bottles of differing diameters and weights.

Securely fitted to the forklift truck via heel pin retention and with very low loading height to mitigate manual handling.

All bottles are restrained in place by a ratchet strap each side.

Tip Protection Fork Glove

Specifically designed to greatly reduce product, pallet, and racking damage, while enhancing safety without affecting the operation effectiveness of the truck. The fork glove attaches to the tips of the forks by a specific bonding and must be applied to a new and undamaged fork surface.

Fork Mounted Underslung Scoop

Underslung Scoops are an ideal alternative to a loading shovel allowing your forklift to become a more universal asset. The design brings the load closer to the Forklift reducing the load center and in turn making the combined length of scoop and truck shorter, which is a benefit when working in tight spaces. Ideal for the movement or loading of loose materials such as sand, gravel, top soil.

Quick Hitch Hydraulic Sweeper Collector

The Hydraulic Tele-Sweeper is a cost-effective addition to the versatility of your telehandler forklift. By simply attaching via the Qfit and connecting to the Forklift’s Hydraulics, it sweeps the most arduous environments in a fraction of the time than conventional methods.

Forklift Skips & Forklift Tipping Skips

Shifting and disposing of waste materials can be time-consuming and dangerous, but not when you have our forklift tipping skips on site.

Forklift skips help make it quicker and easier to keep working areas debris-free.

Used sector-wide and designed to make light work of everyday waste handling tasks, our forklift skips are available in a range of models. From standard and heavy duty, to auto tipping skips and manual operation, choose the forklift skip best suited to your site.

Fork Mounted Hydraulic Gritter

Front mounted gives weight to the driving wheels. A hydraulically driven salt spreader/gritter for use with forklift trucks, with conveniently placed fork pockets which allow attachment to the lift tines in a safe and effective manner. It is hydraulically driven from the forklift truck’s third service valve or side shift valve. Fitted with stainless steel double auger system which can spread all types of salt, wet or dry, brown or white, with a 0.20m³ hopper capacity to take approximately 250kg of salt.

Dust Suppression Kit

Designed to keep construction site dust at bay with a quick and cost effective attachment which can be fitted to most IBC’s. The unit has been designed to distribute the water in front of the forklift / telehandler and also sideways to allow maximum coverage.

Fork Mounted Battery Lifting Beam

Battery Lifting Beams are specifically designed for the safe removal of battery boxes from forklifts. Supplied as standard fork mounted, but can be manufactured with a lifting eye for an overhead crane.

Standard Mechanical Grab

Designed to lift, move and release numerous types of block and brick packs safely on a building site or yard. Fully mechanically operated via the forklift (without the driver leaving the safety of his seat) or via an overhead crane / HIAB.

Inline Fork Mounted Poles

As with the Carriage Mounted Pole the Fork Mounted Pole is capable of lifting a variety of coiled products, but is usually used in low volume / occasion usage environment with a mixed pallet / coiled product application.

Fork Mounted Drum Tilter

Regardless of access, the Fork Mounted Drum Tilter allows the safe discharge from steel and plastic drums with minimal ease within any confined space, with the option of crank handle or looped chain for low or elevated level controlled discharge.

Fork Mounted Four Fork Attachment

Designed to provide a method of lifting and moving unpalletised loads such as timber planks, sheet steel and tubing, plastic pipes and concrete lintels safely and in turn minimizing the potential of damaging the product.

Milk Tine Attachments

Milk Tine Attachments are specifically designed for high volume loading and unloading of bottled milk crates within a diary or delivery depot.

Rubber Fork Blade Covers

The Versatile Magnetic Rubber Fork Cover is ideal for use when increased friction is needed between the forks of the forklift truck and the product to be lifted to prevent slippage of load. When picking up a finished product with the Magnetic Covers, the finished surface is protected from accidental damage.

Thorough Inspection Service

The materials handling industry has to comply with several industry regulations, which includes the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER).

Under LOLER, lifting equipment and accessories, such as forklift attachments, must be inspected to make sure they’re fit for purpose and the operator of such equipment must ensure routine inspections are carried out every six months.
