SST Sensing Ltd has been working with J-TEQ EMS Solutions since 2010, providing great PCBA services and supporting our success. They stepped in when we had been badly let down by another EMS and it was like night and day. J-TEQ were so much more responsive, helpful, and efficient than all the EMS companies we had worked with up until then and this is why we are still working with them today. The reality of engineering complex industrial complex like we do in SST is that things don’t always go to plan. What has always stood out for me as we have worked with J-TEQ over the years is how they react when things inevitably “gang agley” (look up the Scots dictionary if that one stumps you!). On the few occasions when that has happened J-TEQ always helped us to rapidly resolve the issue, be it quality or delivery related.
