JWF have been supplying temperature instrumentation to various industries for over 50 years in Scotland and North of England. With five factories at our disposal, we can supply any temperature device to suit any application from simple assemblies for the food and beverage industry to heavy duty thermowells made from exotic material for the oil and gas industry. We carry out all wake frequency calculations at our premises in Glasgow in accordance with ASME PTC19.3 - TW 2016. JWF offers a comprehensive range of level measuring instruments. With industry leading technology we can accommodate temperatures up to 450°C and pressure ranges up to 500 bar. Typical units available from 2"NB ANSI#150 up to 8"NB ANSI#2500 rated. Also available for interface and multi-float application. With our knowledge and experience we’ll select the right level measurement technology for your application. JWF supply ABB coriolis flow meters which are one of the most cost effective cost saving flow meters on the market today. With a wide range of coriolis flow meter sizes, we can provide measurement of mass flow, volume flow, density, temperature and concentration. ABB´s CoriolisMaster series has a history of success in a wide variety of industries and applications.

JWF are one of the leading providers of electromagnetic flow meters in the UK. In the last 3 years we have sold over 100 electromagnetic flow meters to the Scottish Food and beverage market. We supply ABB electromagnetic flow meters including ABB's ProcessMaster, HygienicMaster and WaterMaster. Tailored for all process industry applications and achieving accuracy that’s second-to-none, our electromagnetic flow meters are reasonably priced and versatile. Thermal mass flowmeters are suitable for any industrial or test rig application that demands quick and precise gas measurement. JWF’s offering directly indicates the mass flow or normalised volume flow of gases without any additional pressure and temperature compensation. The flowmeters have impressively high accuracy, short response time and very wide flow range with virtually no loss of accuracy, even at the lowest flow rates. Variable area (VA) flowmeters are the most cost effective solution for many applications across different sectors. Variable area flow meters are reliable, flexible and simple to operate. JWF’s vortex flow meter technology provides high performance and reliability in liquid, gas and steam measurements. We supply a two-wire transmitter with leading edge DSP technology and excellent vibration compensation. JWF supply ABB vortex flow meters in Scotland and North of England.

Swirl flow meters combine the measuring dynamics of turbine meters with the robustness and reliability of vortex flow metering by requiring shortest upstream and downstream distances. The design of this meter makes it the technology of choice for steam applications.

Differential pressure (DP) flow is still one of the most trusted and widely used technologies in industrial process systems around the world. JWF offers a broad range of analytical products that can be split into two portfolios; liquids and gases. We offer a full range of in-line analysers that continue to help many customers across various sectors and applications, from distilling to chemical production.

JWF's Tank Calibration service can help distilleries and breweries measure and verify quantities/volumes of tanks on-site. The mobile flow rig has been developed with a special focus on the drinks industry in order to calibrate tanks and obtain the most accurate measurements of quantities.

The Tank Calibration flow rig from JWF is a mobile solution and fully transportable meaning calibrations can be performed anywhere on-site.
Liquid medium is flowed through the system into the tank through a UKAS traceable Coriolis flow meter and batching alignments, this enables us to give the highest accuracy within the controlled configurations close to operating conditions.

Our experienced Service Engineers can perform calibrations on-site, providing calibration certification and tank strapping tables. We can also set-up level instrumentation to carry out verification of volumetric levels.
