Europress Balex Waste Balers
With forty years’ experience in manufacturing waste handling equipment, Europress has designed and built a superior range of vertical waste balers, with a machine in the Balex baler range to meet almost any demand for waste handling. Europress has invested heavily in automation, enabling the production of high quality products.
Steel is cut using lasers which gives a high degree of precision and the balers are welded using robots, ensuring consistency. Machines are built using a Jig are to maintain a high degree of accuracy. To stop corrosion, the finished baler is shot blasted before being painted.

Horizontal Waste Balers
Kenburn Select Series horizontal balers are designed and manufactured in the UK and represent British engineering at its best.
Both fully and semi-automatic horizontal balers are the best solution when handling large volumes of materials; typically more than 2 tonnes per day. Organisations that produce less waste may benefit from a vertical baler which is lower in cost.
Horizontal balers are used for a wide range of materials including cardboard, shredded paper, plastic bottles, aluminium cans and polystyrene.

Vertical Balers
Our range of vertical balers includes small balers that produce compact bales of approximately 30-60kg, together with medium and large mill size balers that produce bales of up to 600kg depending on the material being compacted.
We supply the full range of vertical waste balers manufactured in Finland by Europress, with all machines supplied with a twenty-four month warranty. These are low height, cross cylinder balers that allow the user to easily switch between two modes of operation so that two differenet waste streams such as cardboard and plastics can be easily baled in the same machine.
Our Kenburn Select Balers, are a low cost and simple to use range of balers that are manufactured for us in the UK. We also supply refurbished Bramidan B and X Series balers, all with a twelve- month warranty.
All of our balers are available to buy or rent.

It is not uncommon with machines of a traditional design that there are difficulties in emptying them even when waste cardboard and plastics have not been highly compacted. These problems are avoided with the Bergmann Portable Compactors.

Bergmann Jumbo Rollpackers
The Bergmann Jumbo Roll Packer is the ideal compactor for voluminous and bulky waste material of all types including pallets and wood waste, window frames and cable drums.
It's the perfect Compactor for reducing waste disposal costs and saving on labour with a compaction ratio of up to 5:1.
Prior to compaction, the open container is loaded with the first layer of waste, which the heavy spiked drum then breaks up, shreds and compacts. During the compaction process, the container can be loaded with further layers of waste materials. Typically, the container can be filled with five times more waste material than without compaction with the Jumbo Roll Packer. This pendulum blade technology was designed by Bergmann more than 35 years ago and in our opinion has not been bettered.

When baler repairs are needed, you can rely on Kenburn to get your machine working again. Our experienced engineers carry a stock of commonly used parts in their service vehicles so that many breakdowns can be repaired on site in one visit. We can also carry out preventative maintenance, either on an ad hoc basis or via an annual maintenance agreement.

As part of the installation service, we will train your staff and provide each trainee with a certificate to prove that the training has been delivered − with Kenburn, nothing is left to chance.

Waste Baling Strap & Twine
Baling strap or twine is ideal for use on small and medium-sized balers. Baling strap costs less and is more flexible than wire although it is not as strong. However, it can withstand greater shocks should your bales be thrown about. Polypropylene strapping provides economical, high performance strapping for light, medium and some heavy duty use in a variety of applications.
