K50F Extended Pitch Autosleeve For Large Trays
The Keymac K50F Extended Pitch Sleever is an auto sleeving machine suitable for running large trays at speeds up to 30-35 packs per minute.
The fully automatic machine is capable of inserting trays or tubs in square, round and oval shapes into pre-glued sleeves. Size changes can be achieved in less than 5 min. The machine’s simple design results in low maintenance requirements.

K101 & K101S Autosleeve
The K101 Tray Sleever is a fully-automatic continuous motion tray sleever that inserts a variety of tray or pot formats into pre-glued sleeves at speeds up to 80 packs per minute. The K101XL has been developed to run larger trays.

K201 Autosleeve
The K201 Tray Sleever is a fully-automatic continuous motion tray sleever that inserts a variety of tray or pot formats into pre-glued sleeves at speeds up to 120 packs per minute.
The K201 is offered to pack at higher speeds than the K101 range whilst still having a compact footprint. The machine can be size changed quickly without the need for change parts. Product can be accepted either in a single or dual lane and can exit the machine either in single or dual lane to suit the customers' requirements.
Low maintenance requirements and reduced running costs make this machine an excellent choice to provide you with the next step in achieving increased efficiency and productivity.

History
Keymac Packaging Systems was established in Keynsham, United Kingdom, in 2005 by Mike Bradley and his father, Albert Bradley. With its origins rooted in the town of Keynsham, the name 'Keymac' is derived from 'Keynsham Machinery'. Keymac continues to manufacture machines at two locations in Keynsham to this day, maintaining its connection to its founding roots.
Keymac achieved a significant milestone with the creation of its inaugural automated machine, the K101 Autosleever. This groundbreaking solution, characterised by its compact size and distinctive functionality, provided a tailored and previously unavailable option. Harnessing the success of this innovative concept, Keymac has experienced continuous growth, persistently engaging in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of its machinery to clients worldwide. In 2010, Keymac inaugurated a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, marking its expansion into new markets in North and South America.
