Kocurek Excavators has always been at the forefront of excavator equipment design and manufacture.
From small beginnings back in 1983 Kocurek are now recognised as the go to specialists for bespoke excavator front end equipment and base machine modifications.
Never afraid to push the boundaries the company has achieved many great projects working closely with their customers to achieve unique and fully bespoke machines fit for purpose.
High Reach Demolition
Kocurek High Reach Demolition Equipment can be fitted to base machines weighing from 25 to 85 tons. Depending on the base machine weight working pin heights range from 15.5m to 32m.
Ultra-High Reach Demolition
Kocurek are the only manufacturers of Telescopic Demolition Equipment. With this unique concept the company has quite literally reached for the sky and now has achieved a working pin height of 70m. The initial base machine will dictate the working pin height however telescopic demolition rigs can be fitted to any base machine ranging from 45 ton upwards. The Kocurek Modular joint can be incorporated on Ultra-High Reach Demolition equipment giving full versatility to the base machine. Heavy Duty Demolition
Over the years Kocurek has seen various trends in the demolition market. These will vary depending on your location around the globe. In some areas height is everything and tool weight is considered not the major factor. However, the company recently has seen more requests for less working pin height but greater tool weight. Heavier tools undoubtedly offer more productivity on certain projects however where height is also required it brings to the table a new engineering puzzle to be solved.
Hydraulically Raised Cab
The Kocurek Hydraulically Raised Cab (HRC) has been in production for over 15 years. Continual design and development now sees it as one of the most common and competitive conversions on the market. The Kocurek HRC can be applied to any OEM base machine, including zero tail swing models and has solved the problem of operator visibility.
The conversion sees the original cabin remounted onto a new machine specific cab base with the addition of the Kocurek modular HRC tower and linkages. When in use the cabin can rise approximately 2 metres vertically with a 200mm forward arc.

Demolition

Modular Joint

This led to the creation of the Kocurek Modular Joint, which has remained largely unchanged in its design for over 23 years and continues to prove its reliability in the field.
Teledipper
The Kocurek Teledipper, a straightforward yet highly effective solution, has been used in challenging projects worldwide. Ongoing design and development have ensured it meets customer demands, leading to its use on high-profile jobs with tight deadlines. Designed for rapid shaft sinking up to 35 meters as standard, with other depths available upon request, it is compatible with base machines ranging from 30 to 45 tons.
