A4 Labels

We specialise in supplying A4 labels; self adhesive labels supplied on A4 sheets for printing with inkjet and laser printers. These labels provide businesses with a simple and cost-effective way to print their own labels and stickers in-house, giving complete control over design and production.

Our standard label sizes are available in matt white paper for same day despatch from stock. You will also find templates for most of these sizes in your design software. We also stock a wide variety of materials, adhesives, and colours in rectangles, circles, ovals, and squares.

Address Labels

Businesses of all shapes and sizes need to post items to customers. Address labels can be used to print professional shipping labels, tracking labels, and despatch notes that incorporate branding and promotional messages alongside delivery and handling instructions for envelopes and parcels.

Our address labels are made with high quality matt white paper and a permanent adhesive, and are suitable for inkjet and laser printers. We supply eleven sizes, which include options that are compatible with Royal Mail’s Click & Drop ™ system and Amazon and eBay’s shipping platforms. They are all available for same day despatch from stock.

Bottle Labels & Jar Labels

Our bottle labels and jar labels are made with matt white paper with a water wash off adhesive. They can be printed with laser and inkjet printers or handwritten.

The wash off adhesive is a permanent adhesive that breaks down when washed with warm soapy water. This means these labels can be removed without damaging items or leaving behind adhesive residue.

Our wash off labels are perfect for reusable containers, especially food and drink containers used in kitchens. Containers can be clearly labelled with contents, batch information and dates, or warnings and then washed, reused, and relabelled.

Circular Labels

Round labels or circular labels are extremely popular stickers. Their unique shaping is a quick and simple way to add a decorative label, draw attention to important information, organise items, label containers, and to make stickers and badges.

Our round labels are commonly used as product labels, branding and logo labels, promotional labels, badges, and gift tags. They are perfect for labelling products and stock, especially cosmetics and food and drink products that come in containers of all shapes and sizes.

We supply 30 circle sizes and provide free label templates for all of our round labels − including bleed templates.

Clear Transparent Labels

Transparent labels are a simple way to add information and designs to existing printed materials, avoid colour matching issues, showcase decorative materials, label transparent materials, or to create window stickers.

They are commonly used as address labels (particularly on decorative envelopes and branded packaging), bottle labels and jar labels, and as signs, notices, and window stickers.

Our transparent labels are made with polyester, which means they are waterproof and suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. We supply gloss clear labels for inkjet printers, and gloss transparent, matt transparent, and removable transparent labels for laser printers.

Coloured Labels

Coloured labels are a quick and simple way to add a decorative touch, draw attention to important information, promote brand colours, colour match existing print, or colour code items.

We supply red labels, orange labels, yellow labels, green labels, blue labels, pink labels, cream labels, gold labels, silver labels, and brown labels. They all have permanent adhesives (we also supply removable colours) and are suitable for desktop printers, except the fluorescents and metallic gold and silver, which are for laser printers only.

Our coloured labels are popular product labels, address labels, promotional labels, branding labels, and stickers.

Freezer Labels

Freezer labels are made with deep freeze adhesives, which are designed to work in freezer conditions. Freezer labels can be used to label frozen food stuffs as well as medical and laboratory samples.

Our freezer labels are made with matt white paper and a deep freeze adhesive. They are supplied on A4 sheets and are suitable for laser printers only or for handwriting. Our adhesive is suitable for freezer conditions down to -40°C and complies with the German BgVV for indirect and short term contact with dry and moist foods.

Gloss Labels

Gloss labels have a bright, shiny surface, which is ideal for drawing attention or providing a decorative background. Gloss labels are commonly chosen as product labels, branding labels, and promotional labels where they can highly important information or promote a company’s brand.

Our range of gloss labels includes full gloss and semi-gloss finishes. The semi-gloss finish offers a subtler shimmer compared to the full gloss finish. We have options for gloss paper labels, splashproof paper labels, fully waterproof labels, transparent labels, metallic gold and silver labels, and white labels a choice of permanent and removable adhesives.

Inkjet Labels

Inkjet printers disperse inks onto surfaces where they dry in place to form a final printed image. Our inkjet labels have absorbent surfaces; this allows inks to dry in place more efficiently, which improves print accuracy and quality.

Inkjet printers can produce extremely high quality colour print, which is important for designs that include high resolution artwork or digital photography. This makes inkjet labels especially popular for use as product labels, brand labels, and promotional labels.

Our inkjet labels include white, transparent, and coloured materials; gloss and matt finishes; and permanent and removable adhesives.

Kraft Labels

Our Kraft labels are made with brown Kraft paper with a ribbed finish and a permanent adhesive. The “Kraft” process of producing paper is more environmentally friendly than other paper making processes. The unbleached and uncoated paper retains its natural and attractive brown colouring, while the ribbed finish adds a subtle decorative texture.

Kraft labels are extremely popular for use as product labels, packaging labels, address labels, branding labels, and promotional labels. They are often used by businesses that provide products and services that are personalised, bespoke, or handcrafted.

Laser Labels

Most of our products are laser labels suitable for use with laser printers and copiers.

Laser printers bond toner onto surfaces using heat and pressure. Our laser labels have smooth surfaces to allow more efficient bonding, which improves print accuracy and quality. Paper laser labels have a higher moisture content to prevent damage during printing.

Laser print is durable and waterproof, which makes it suitable for more materials and finishes than inkjet inks, including waterproof labels for indoor and outdoor applications.

Our laser labels include white, transparent, and coloured materials; matt and gloss finishes; and permanent and removable adhesives.

Opaque Labels

Opaque labels are designed to cover up existing print work. This may be to hide incorrect information, update old information, to reuse existing packaging, or to provide a completely blank space for additional information or artwork.

Our opaque labels are supplied on A4 sheets and are suitable for laser and inkjet printers or for handwriting. The matt white paper has an opaque backing and an opaque permanent adhesive. This means that you cannot see any existing print work through these labels when they are applied onto a surface.

Paper Labels

Paper labels are highly versatile, suiting both decorative and practical applications, and providing a simple, cost-effective way to print your own labels and stickers.

We also supply high resolution paper labels; our photo gloss labels are perfect for digital photographs and artwork, while our premium quality labels are ideal for professional print work.

Our full range includes gloss, semi-gloss, and matt finishes and includes translucent, freezer, wash off, removable, high tack, and opaque labels.

Permanent Labels

Permanent labels use strong adhesives designed to keep labels firmly in place and prevent their removal. They suit long term applications where a label (or the information it carries) must remain in place for the lifetime of an item or application. This includes product labels, tracking labels, and signs and notices.

Most of our permanent labels use our standard adhesive, which works with most materials under “normal” conditions. We also supply special permanent labels designed for more challenging conditions, including our high tack, marine, freezer, wash off, opaque, and void adhesives.

Premium Print Quality Labels

Our premium print quality labels are made with matt white paper and a permanent adhesive. Supplied on A4 sheets, they are suitable for inkjet and laser printing, although they can also be handwritten.

The paper has a special coating, which creates a super smooth surface that is perfect for producing high quality print. This is ideal for designs that include high resolution artwork or digital photographs.

Recycled Labels

Our range of recycled labels are made with white uncoated paper and a permanent adhesive. The paper is made using pulp from recycled fibres. All of our recycled labels are supplied on A4 sheets and can be printed with inkjet and laser printers or handwritten.

Removable Labels

Security Labels

Security labels are designed to improve the security of labelled items. Our range of security labels are made of silver polyester with a void permanent adhesive. Supplied on A4 sheets, they are suitable for laser printers only. Our adhesive is a partial transfer adhesive, which means that a “VOID” message is left behind on both the item and the label when a label is removed. This provides visual proof that someone has tampered with an item.

Our security labels are commonly used as product labels, packaging labels, and security seals on high value goods and appliances.

Self Adhesive Labels

Self adhesive labels are made with pressure sensitive adhesives. This means they are sticky at room temperature and need only the pressure of a hand to form an adhesive bond.

Our adhesives range from extremely strong permanent adhesives to very light removable adhesives. They include a range of special adhesives designed for specific applications and environments, including freezer labels, wash off labels, opaque labels, security labels, and marine adhesives.

Our self adhesive labels include options for paper and synthetic waterproof materials; white, transparent, and coloured materials, and gloss, semi-gloss, and matt finishes.

Stickers

Our range of blank sticky labels are the perfect way to print stickers for your business in-house. These can be used as sticker sets or supplied as individual stickers for products, customers, or events.

We supply over 100 label sizes of rectangles, circles, ovals, and squares so you can find the perfect label for your sticker designs. We offer both permanent and removable adhesives along with matt and gloss finishes.

Strong Adhesive Labels

Our strong adhesive labels feature a high tack adhesive on matt white paper. The adhesive forms extremely strong bonds with a wide range of materials and surface types.

Strong permanent adhesives are usually used for applications where a label must remain in place, long term applications, or where standard adhesives fail to bond successfully with a particular material or surface type.

Super Removable Labels

Our super removable labels are made with matt white paper and a very light removable adhesive designed specifically for labelling delicate materials and surfaces.

Similar to post-it notes, our super removable adhesive provides light adhesion before removing cleanly from an item − without damaging the surface or leaving behind adhesive residue. They are designed for temporary applications on delicate items made of paper or glass.

They are popular for use as product labels on glassware, paper products, gift items, and antiques.

Waterproof Labels

Waterproof labels use waterproof materials and feature waterproof print. Most of our waterproof labels are for laser printers only as laser print is fully waterproof. Inkjet inks are water-based and will run when wet, although we do supply fully waterproof inkjet labels.

We have options for white, silver, and transparent materials, matt and gloss finishes, and permanent and removable adhesives. Four of our waterproof labels have a marine adhesive, tested for three months in salt water.
Waterproof labels are tough and durable; they suit long term applications and challenging environments as tracking labels, shipping labels, asset ID labels, and seals.

Waterproof Inkjet Labels

Most inkjet inks are not waterproof, which makes it harder to print waterproof labels with an inkjet printer. Our range of waterproof inkjet labels are made of polypropylene with a special coating. This coating encapsulates your print to protect it from water.

All of our waterproof inkjet labels are supplied on A4 sheets of matt white polypropylene with a marine standard adhesive. This makes these labels perfect for any indoor or outdoor application that might involve exposure to water. Perfect for long life tracking labels, displays and signs, and durable product labels.

Label Templates

We supply free label templates for all of our label sizes. Our label templates are available in Word format (for word processors) and PDF format (for design software). We supply portrait, landscape, and bleed templates where possible.
We also supply compatible template codes, where available, if you would like to use a built-in template in your software.
