Laserit Ltd currently utilise two off 6kW 3000x1500 bed size Lasers, combining with the latest CadCam software package enables us to react quickly and efficiently to client requirements. We cover for a full range of materials with the capability to cut up to 20mm thick in Mild and Stainless Steel and 15mm thick in Aluminium. We stock a full range of the most commonly used materials to help minimise Lead times.
Part Development
Laserit have established a niche market in the area of more challenging jobs, we are always willing to discuss and take on jobs that call for some engineering dexterity and know how.

Jig & Fixture Design
At Laserit we have over 30 years experience of designing and manufacturing bespoke jigs and fixtures.
This additional in house capability ensures our fabrication processes are uniform, tolerance repetitive and efficient.
This high standard of design capability for our fabrication fixtures gives us the added benefit of being able to also utilise the fixtures for fabrication quality control and producing ISIR & IPIR reports.

Fabrication
Laserit Ltd have been supporting our customers with fabrication services for over 30 years offering for light to medium size fabrications ranging from the simplest weld nut fittings through to complex fully welded assembles.
Based out of our Bristol facility we service our client fabrication requirements in the immediate Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, the South West and South Wales area but also supply bespoke metal work, fabricated sheet metal and assemblies throughout the UK.
Many of our clients make use of our latest inhouse CADCAM (Lantek & Solid Works) systems and sheet metal working knowledge to develop their complex sheetmetal fabrications in a variety of materials.

Bending
We complement our laser cutting service with two CNC 7 axis Press brakes; Amada 170 Ton 3 meter and 50 Ton 2 meter: enabling bending up to 6mm thick M/S or S/S x 3 Meters or 15mm thick in mild steel x 1.2 meters in length and 15mm x 900 long in stainless steel.
With over 20 years of bend allowance data Laserit now enjoy an excellent reputation with our regular clients for our bending accuracy. Our skilled engineers can often re-engineer products to reduce costs and simplify processes.
For simple single bend parts or more complex multi-bend parts. Our bending tolerances are +/- 0.5mm & 0.5 degrees per bend up to 3mm thick material rising to +/- 1.5mm per bend to 10mm.
